I'm very impressed with the ac maintenance done recently by Eric. He was on time, polite, and very thorough. Happy to find a local company with such a great employee. It shows me the company's standards are high, as well.

Added: about 9 months in, they contacted us and came out to follow up and make sure everything was good to go. Highly recommend Hometown Heroes for anyone.

The guys with Hometown Heroes are awesome. They answered the phone right away, and came out to check on us on a Sunday afternoon. They were able to get us on the list for Wednesday and got our system working temporarily well enough for comfort. On Wednesday, they were on time, and handled the entire replacement in three hours, and left no mess, trash, etc. They were friendly, professional, and even brought our trash cans up from the street after it got collected. They will be our first call for all future HVAC needs. Bryan and Andrew have got a great thing going and we'd recommend them to anyone.

Andrew is awesome! My furnace went out just before the first snow fall of the year. Called at 9pm and he showed up first thing the next morning, very impressed! My heating unit was fixed quickly and he addressed the underlying issue that was causing the problem. I used another company last year and this time it was half the price.
