Called at 7am, had a technician by 8:15! We did a transfer of a warranty and had to have a capacitor fixed. Jacob gave options and thoughts on the unit. Very professional and did a great job. Had to call the office and the staff there are so kind. I will be referring One Hour to many people. Thank you for the great service!

They were able to come out same day for a service call. Matthew was very knowledgeable and walked us through our repair vs. replace options. This was our first time using One Hour and am very pleased with their service so far.

Andy was my serviceman today and was able to figure out exactly what the issue was with my air conditioner that has been haunting me for five or six years! He was kind as well as very knowledgeable! I was very impressed! He worked late in the day without ever seeming to be in a big hurry. He totally cleaned up after himself and protected the inside of my home by insisting on using coverings for his feet. Another great guy and super employee of One Hour Heating and Cooling!

Eli was my tech and called 1st and showed up on time. He advised me of everything needed to repair my heat pump and did so very fast. Wasn't pushy or trying to up sell me things I didn't need. Will definitely use them for any needs in the future! Props to Eli, very happy with everything! He deserves a raise! Last but not least very fair pricing.

I recently had One Hour Heating and Cooling in Lees Summit come over to give me a free assessment to see if I needed an additional mini-split air conditioner to help cooler kitchen area, which is always a little too warm. Their salesman Brett was very knowledgeable and looked at my existing system. He gave me some suggestions that may correct the problem without me needing a new system. I really appreciated his honesty and integrity. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need, which is something that is hard to find these days. I will definitely be using One Hour Heating and Cooling going forward because I don’t feel like they will be taking advantage of my ignorance just to make a buck. Thank you very much Brett!

Matt did a great job explaining what we can/cannot do with our existing AC and we made a great plan to either fix or replace our unit! Didn’t try to seek us anything we couldn’t afford or wouldn’t want. Will definitely call them again in the future!

Matt & Ryan are the best! Very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job with a large home duct cleaning, A/C parts replacement, and a zoning system installation. Couldn’t be more happy and it’s nice to know we’re covered even more under their maintenance plan. Great Job!!!

They were very thorough. I called them out because my A/C wasn't working, but rather than leaving it at that, they went ahead and checked the whole heating system as well so I didn't end up with a second service fee down the road. The technician explained everything he was doing while he was doing it, and gave me a wide variety of repair options with clear pricing and didn't pressure me.

Andy did a wonderful job disconnecting my air conditioner and getting it moved. If he could be the one assigned to come back Friday for the scheduled rehook of the air conditioner that would be nice.

Andy returned yesterday and reconnected my air conditioner. He did another wonderful job. I'm sure it wasn't the usual reconnection but he certainly secured everything. I'm so glad Andy was able to come back and do the work for me.
