WAITED...AND WAITED...!! Was told that My Appointment was to occur on Friday June 15, between 12—5:00. Was told that I would receive a 30 MIN phone call prior to the technicians arrival. I became concerned when I didn't hear anything, so I called in to see if the Tech was still coming. I was told that they had NO RECORD of my Appointment! SO NOW I HAVE TO RESCHEDULE TO ANOTHER DAY!... and take additional time off from work!! CALL SOME OTHER COMPANY! This one doesn't have a clue!

Horrible customer service. I missed a call from the tech. Called back no answer. Called into the office and was told a tech hasn't tried to reach me yet. At the end of my appointment range time I called to see if he was running late. I was then told that he tried to call me that morning and since I didn't answer I would be gotten to by the end of the day. When I asked why I was told that he didn't call me earlier that morning, I got no answer and she responded with a very rude "he'll get to you by the end of the day". It's hot, my Ac isn't working. On top of that, the same problem was "fixed" last year. I hate that this joke of a company is who my property management chooses to hire.

Got a call today from Melissa at Dels, reminding me it's getting close to needing my spring check up for my AC. I scheduled for the first week in April. Just wanted to say thanks for the reminder, 5 stars for customer service!

The reviews are true, there terrible. Made an appointment, they said they would be there in the afternoon. I got off work early to be home. 4:30 comes no call no show, I call the office and they say I am still on the schedule. Ok I wait till 6:30 still no call I call the office of course their closed. They never did show or call, stay away these people are a joke!. Update they showed up late and did a great job. My bad for the premature review.

We have used Dels Appliance for 18 yrs, when I call they travel 60 miles the same day or if late in the day they are there 1st thing the next morning, & have always taken care of our problems. They are the best & would recommend them to everyone.

Beware of home warranty companies. Francine would not respond to requests for payment. Only worked there 1 day but it was enough time to figure out this company is a joke. I'll never get back the 10 hours I worked for FREE for this company. Id give 0 star review if I could.

The lady's know their stuff and are very helpful. The prices are fair we haven't had any problems with the appliances we bought.
