At 2 different times, we had 2 different refrigerators stop working and each time we called Del's Appliance for repairs. We knew from experience that they would take care of the problem in the most time and cost efficient manner possible and they did just that. Both times they were able to fit us into their already busy schedule and took care of the problem immediately for a very reasonable price. We can't say enough nice things about Del's Appliance, which includes the owner, the office staff, and the technicians, and we would highly recommend them to anyone for any type of appliance/heating/cooling needs!

Never EVER use this company if you want your work done in a timely manner. We were made to use this company since they are the contracted AC repair with our home warranty company HMS. We first reported that our air conditioning wasn't cooling properly on June 22. It is now July 15, and this has not been resolved. They never follow up. I always have to make calls to find out what is going on. Del's staff blames HMS for the repair holdup and HMS gets Del's to admit that they've dropped the ball. Bottom line is that almost a month later...and the AC still isn't working. Be advised, if you have another AC option, choose the alternative company!

I have had the WORST experience trying to get my furnace fixed. My home warranty company made us use Del's when our furnace broke down and we were supplied with a new furnace. 28 days later, this furnace stopped working so we called Del's, as they are who installed it their receipt stated that there was a 30 day warranty including labor and a 5 year warranty on parts. They could not get a person out for 36 hours, even though our house was 47 degrees. Then when someone gets there, he says he needs to go get another part and leaves. Well, this person never came back to finish the job and did not even have the decency to call and let us know he was not returning. This occurred this past Saturday, they were closed Sunday, and now Monday rolls around and I am informed that they cannot help me and that I need to call the home warranty company again to pay for their labor. I have already paid a 75 dollar deductible and now they are trying to make me pay one again when clearly they did something incorrectly as a brand new furnace should not be breaking down after 28 days. I have never been treated so poorly by a company and have never been compelled to write a review until today.

Did a installation of water heater and spoilt my carpet. With a lot of stains. Spoke to the Manger Kimberly and she was absolutely reluctant to fix the problem. Their tech Jon was told to make sure that he put something like a plastic on the carpet and never di. When he came for an inspection I specified to him clearly that this issue would have to be taken care of and he confirmed the same. This is a fraudulent company and I hope no one should use them for their poor quality of work.

Del’s is officially my go to for all things heating and cooling. Honest, fair, hardworking. Jason has been my tech for several visits and not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he is kind, caring, and helpful. Thank you Jason and Del’s!

To me good customer service goes a long way since it is so difficult to find it in today's businesses. However,without a doubt I found outstanding customer service at Del's. Rob installed our dishwasher and was prompt, polite, and professional. He insisted on cleaning up his "mess" although I really couldn't see much of any "mess" that was left. Francie was also a great help, and we owe her a "shout out" for her assistance and professionalism, as well. Thank you for such great customer service which as I said earlier doesn't seem to exist very often with this generation. So, this is one customer in Blue Springs that you will always have.

I was forced to use Del because of HMS. The office was extremely unorganized and never called me when they said they would. It took 4 days to get my issue fixed. (During that time we did not have any water). We later had a plumber from Bob Hamilton come out for a different issue not covered by HMS, he looked at the work that Del's did and said it was a quick fix and NOT UP TO CODE. And now HMS won't cover to have it fixed. I would never recommend Del's or HMS even to my worst enemy. I don't know how they are still in business.

Jason came out and replaced my ac unit today. He didn’t rush through and he made sure it was done correctly. Service was great, he was friendly and didn’t mind my 1 year old occasionally slowing the process. I would definitely recommend!
