After reading the reviews about Dell's Appliance Heating & Cooling it fits right into the experience I had with this company. Only thing is I was smart enough to stop the bleeding before any damage was done. First off I called in to have my A/C unit serviced because I had received a complaint from my neighbors (which is another story within itself! ) that my unit was loud when it came on. I called HMS they forwarded me to Dell's spoke to a really nice lady initially to schedule the appointment (easy enough right?!) But oh was I wrong!! So she schedules me for Fri (9/18) between 8-12pm. I had to take time off from work to be available for the appointment. So Fri gets here 8,9,10,11 & 12:30pm comes & goes received no call no nothing. Of which the "nice lady" I spoke with just a couple days ago tells me oh our service guys calls before coming out so make sure you are available. Of I was!! I called THEM at 12:40pm a guy answers who sounds very dissholved and doesn't really know what's going on. (I could tell in his voice) he puts me on hold & comes back and says "well our guys are at lunch right now butlet me take your number & I'll call u back to inform you when our service guy will be there " so I then wait another 3 hours for this call it's now almost 4:00pm. Still haven't received a callback I call them (again! ) get the same "nice " lady I spoke to initially she goes on to tell me our service guy Shane calked out sick today his "dealthly" ill & I called everyone this morning to reschedule. I immediately ask her well "Why didn't you call me" she says " that's what I'm trying to figure out" I responded "me too! " she then goes on to say that they can reschedule for Mon afternoon as if she's doing me a favor!!! I immediately declined & advised her I would call HMS & request another service company. Oh which I did…so I'm now talking to HMS & she says she needed to call Dell's to find out why they didn't come. She comes back to the line & says she spoke to that same "nice" lady I had just spoken to and she said she called you and you rescheduled for Monday!!! I'm like "What!! " I know what I had just told her and she lied just that quick on me!! The moral of tge story is don't do business with this company I followed my 1st mind after I felt disrespected when they couldn't even give me the courtesy of calling me to explain their employee was sick & could we reschedule??!! It could have been as easy as that but because I had a gut feeling this company wasn't right I'm glad they didn't show up because it showed me what kind of people I was dealing with. The funniest part of the story is that the new service company who came out today (who shall remain nameless ) told me to go online & read these reviews. It just confirmed what I already knew…Dell's TV/Appliance/Heating & Cooling is an awful company and Do Not I repeat Do Not Do Business with them!!!

I called Del's to have a service tech come out and look at my A/C. I spoke with Melissa, she got me on the schedule to next morning! Ely came out and did an great job he replaced a run capacitor and now i'm up and going! I would recommend Del's to all my friends and family! Thank you all!

Terrible company. DO NOT hire. Took them nearly a month to send their “best” technician out. Ordered the wrong part attempted to put it on then ordered the correct “part” and washer is still broken. Not to mention the water damage they caused in my basement for their faulty work.

The gentleman charged us $90, just to look at the gas dryer. Then told us it was done that we should just buy a new one with the costs of parts to replace this one. A few hours after he left. The heat was working again in dryer and the basement filled up with natural gas leak. After coming to check on the flex hose connection from gas line to dryer, I could see a live wire melted a whole in the gas flex hose.
Therefore leaking natural gas in the basement with my older family in the second level of house.
There’s no way someone with this much experience should have made such a fatal mistake..
If my family would have got hurt out of this.
I would have hunted down that service man by face and name.. completely irresponsible and unprofessional..
I’m sure they wouldn’t accidentally blow up there own family household.
Should have taken them to court for our money back.
Call a Repair man comes from ABMAY and for $40 he fixes the one disconnected wire. Problem solved.

If they didn’t want to help us with our appliance, they definitely didn’t have to accidentally or neglectfully charge us , to leak natural gas into our house. Then bills us $90 for it like you really were helping.
Scammer repairs and try’s to sell new appliances.

Stay as far away from these people as you can. They were sent to my home from my home warranty company. They "diagnosed" and "repaired" the issue and left. Well for some odd reason the stove kept tripping the breaker so I removed the back panel and guess what I find....14 EXPOSED LIVE WIRES!!!!! I called the warranty company and they sent someone else out to "diagnose" the issue. The technician told me I was lucky that my house didn't burn down from an electrical fire. Will never do business with this company again.

We have a Thermador gas oven/stove. We have had Del's work on it 4-5 times, and not once have they been able to get it right. They treated my wife very rudely and have on 2 occasions used the wrong parts, we called them after the repair and said it quit working shortly after, they came back out and realized they had the wrong part.

The second time, the guy said " I put the wrong part on, when the new one comes in we will come back out" 1 month later we called them, and they forgot about it. I called them Monday and left a long message about the present problem they still had not fixed, and it is Thursday with no call back.

We are not high maintenance pains in the rear, they just aren't technically challenged and rude. They need to admit that they don't know how to fix it. We are done with them

Do not use this company no matter what you do. they will install your system just fine but when it comes time to do maintenance and service appointments they will claim that they lost the paperwork and won't honor their end of the agreement.

They are scam artists, they are thieves and you will not get what you pay for.

Do not hire. HMS home warranty sent them out. they "fixed" the problem. it broke a week later then scheduled a new appointment for a time they were closed. We went 5 days in January without heat. When I finally got a new company to fix my furnace they told me "I SPEND HALF MY TIME FIXING WHAT DEL'S DOESN'T." He told me they run a scam to see who can get the most money out of a customer with as little work/time possible. they will not fix your appliances/furnace. DO NOT HIRE THEM

Been waiting on a repair man since 3:00 . It is 5:30.. called at 4:30 .. dispatch said he was finishing up and be on his way.. actually been waiting for a week.. since they have one man that works on Samsung only on Wednesday. Been without a fridge for over two weeks.. they were recommended by a friend.. doubt I use them again.
