Had a issue with water under my house. He came out on Saturday to look at the issue in less than 1hr. Set up a date and time to make repairs. I will update when repairs are completed. Thanks for your quick response time.

Owner was willing to come out after hours on the weekend at a reasonable rate, when others wanted an alarming amount.
The owner identified and diagnosed the issue within minutes of arriving and had the problem fixed in no time. I had three companies out before Neely mechanical and none of them could find the issue and resolve it. Expensive lesson learned!!!!!!

Neely Mechanical will be my first and only call from here on out.

We had an AC unit go out and were in dire need of repair due to having a toddler in the house. Temps were 97+ in house for two days and within 20 minutes he had us back up and running. Super nice, very thorough and knowledgeable. Will be doing more business with Neely Mechanical in the near future.

We hired Neely Mechanical so do some electrical work on our farm. Dillon came out and gave us a bid. The work turned out to be a lot more involved than we initially thought. Dillon worked many hours to correct issues that hadn’t been done properly when the building was constructed. Even though the job took considerably longer than anticipated, Dillion stayed with his original bid price. He was very dedicated to getting the job done right. I found him to be a very pleasant person to work with and will definitely call him for my next job.

I had an urgent need for functioning air conditioning on one of the hottest days of the year so far, and I wasn't hopeful that any service would be available on such short notice. To my shock and pleasure, Dylan responded promptly and immediately and correctly diagnosed the problem as a faulty back capacitor, replaced it, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for it. I highly recommend this company.

Great service guy helped me out and has great character would recommend again he was here within an hour when everyother place I called said they dont light floor heaters he showed up to help 👏

Dylan Neely came to our house recommended by Stylecrest as he does warranty work for them and our system is under warranty. Our air conditioner wasnt working so he rigged it up to make it work so we would have air during the extreme heat which we appreciated. He made it where to turn on the air you have to shut it on and off at the electric box. You cannot use the thermostat. He took our motor and motherboard to get the parts because they were not in and said he would get them and return to fix it correctly. He charged me $395.08 on Sept 20th 2022 the day he was here and said we would be reimbursed by Stylecrest as it was under warranty. Since that time we have tried to get Mr. Neely to come back and fix our air system and he has not done so. He is now avoiding our calls and calls from Stylecrest. He has our parts that are under warranty and we can not turn on our heat. It has been almost a month. Also, Stylecrest said we should not have had to pay him anything when he came out that day and they are having to replace the whole unit because of the patch work he did on our unit. This is just a warning to potential customers of Dylan Neely. P.S. Dylan Neely asked me to leave him a Google review, so here it is.
