This guy fixed my brother's HVAC, then came over to my house without appointment, which was cool. He made an emergency trip to the hardware store just to TROUBLESHOOT my broken-down air conditioner. This guy's got work ethic and shot straight with me.

I put his number in my phone-I'm not calling the other guys, just Neely's.

My air conditioner stopped cooling in May. I called Schnelle Heating and Air, employees from which made four separate visits, each time claiming to have fixed the problem. But the house never cooled below 82 degrees. On their fifth visit, Schnelle claimed that my AC unit had cracked and was completely empty of coolant; they claimed that I needed to buy a brand new, $8,000.00 system. I called 1st Choice Heating, Air & Refrigeration, LLC for a second opinion. They said the same thing, but that it would cost $9,000.00 for a brand new system.

I called Neely Mechanical Services for a third opinion. A gentleman came out, changed a burnt-out capacitor, and showed that the air conditioner was actually full of coolant. My house is now 69 degrees, and it cost me $60. Neely Mechanical Services proved to be honest where nobody else was. He demonstrated awesome work ethic by servicing my brother's house (without appointment) and making emergency trips to the hardware store. This guy takes pride in what he does, so call him first; he's worth it.
