My system was not running smoothly. Turns out it was just missing something, and as soon as he added that something, i felt better than ever. left my vents clean and pristine, and now I'm completely satisfied :)

Dylan is very tidy and works quickly. He’s punctual and friendly while also being very professional.

Dylan just completed his third job at my home - installing my new tankless water heater. On a previous visit I mentioned wanting to have the water heater closet in the kitchen made into a pantry and putting a tankless in the laundry room. Dylan took the time to discuss the different brands, look up prices AND give me a very reasonable estimate. He answers all my questions and never makes me feel silly for asking them.
I will continue to call Neely Mechanical for reliable, reasonably priced projects.

Contracted with owner in august 2022 for complete new HVAC system. Paid $5600 downpayment. Never was installed. Does not answer any of my phone calls,text messages, phone messages, emails. Does not call me to establish date to install. This is essentially stealing. Going to police and or starting legal action. Very bad experience Feb 19, 2023.

Dillon was very thorough and professional. He explained in detail the problems we were having with our heating system. I also want to acknowledge he came out to service our heating system on Thanksgiving day.i would highly recommend Neely mechanical services.

I really needed a part for my furnace during this cold snap Dec 22-25 2022 it was 8:30 at night and he met me at his shop and got me the part at a very good price! And he said if it didn't work bring it back and he would refund me or put it towards a new one the next morning. I was a HVAC tech in Colorado and not everyone is as fair as he was with me. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs!

He gave us a bounced check for a heat pump he purchased from us. He said it didn't work but refused to give us back the heat pump. I call that stealing as we have received no money and he has our heat pump.

Dylan did a wonderful job hooking up our AC! He was super professional, kind, and generous. When we explained our situation and how long we went without AC he let us borrow a few window AC units and gave us lots of grace. 10/10 experience

We recently had our air conditioning system go out. We tried two other repairmen, but they could not service my system. We then found Dylan with Neely Mechanical Services. We set up a service call, and he came out to look at the system. He explained the problem with my system in terms that we could understand, and he even worked with my home warranty company when most other companies bigger and smaller refused to. We set up an appointment, and he came over and installed a new air conditioning unit and new coils. He took the time to explain every step in the installation process and also went the extra mile to do the little things that I felt most other installers would overlook. I would highly recommend Neely Mechanical Services for any air conditioning repair or service needs. We will definitely use him in the future. Thank you again!
