Terrible experience,I called them and they said they can do the job in two weeks or so, it was almost two months to “ fix it” in those two months they lied to me every time I call them to see the status of the
equipment, finally they installed a different brand of a coil and condenser I supposed to have, and the coil was a small size of what they said, I confirmed with the AC equipment company, they also made some duct work but they leave a mess of not sealed ducts, I also paid for a bigger size blower fan and they put the same old motor, after that I didn’t feel comfortable so I call a different company they found I was low in freon, they add two pounds and fix a big gap on the duct they work on, this guys are terrible, the last day they leave without said bye, thanks or whatever and never came back, if I need a future service i will not call them for their guarantee of the job, I prefer to pay someone else, I’m sure they need more than I do, Karma exists, watch out. People if you have to call them,watch what you get, and tell them to wear shirt and shoes.

Im a single mother and last winter around christmas my heater went out during the middle of the night and I called the few places I could find that where offering 24hour or emergency service, either no one answered or the number didnt work. I found Neely Mechanicals listing on line, I called and left a message and within 5 min. the owner called me back and said he could be right out. This is about 1 am keep in mind that if it wasnt for me having a newborn and 2 year old i probably would have stuck it out but i couldnt allow my kids to go without heat when its 15 degrees outside. The owner shows up in a timely manner (especially for 1am ) I warned him up front I didnt have a whole lot of money, he said dont worry about that right now lets gets you guys some heat first. within about 30 min, he had us up and running. Now payment time im thinking how many hundreds of dollars i dont have will this cost? The owner shows me the part, I think it was called a sequencer ( whatever that is ), and tells me not to worry about payment and hopes my kids and I have a great christmas.
I was just moved by this generous act!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im not saying that he can or will do the same for other customers but someone willing to show a little compassion for my kids and Mines situation is certainly a company i think everyone should give a shot, best part is i havent had an issue with my heater since.
