Vic was super knowledgeable and so great to work with! He was able to identify a previously misdiagnosed issue with our AC system (we’d been told by more than one company that the whole thing needed to be replaced) and saved us a bunch of money! His experience and ability to communicate made this so easy as well as his willingness to work us into the schedule at a busy time of the year. I will definitely be using him for any HVAC needs we have in the future.

Vic, came highly reccomend from Angie's list and man did he live up to his reputation that were reflected in the reviews. I called four other big chain AC repair companies that were either way to busy to help the small guy like myself out or never returned my called after speaking to a representative. Vic arrived from another job as discussed about 2 hours after our phone conversation. I was without air very minimum time thanks Vic punctually timing and his high skill level in the field. I will be utilizing Vic and the AirTek LLC for all of my AC repairs and I would advice anyone needing repairs to do the same.

Mr. Vic is awesome! My AC unit outside messed up last night so I got ahold of him this morning and he was out this afternoon and fixed it right up. I literally couldn’t ask for better service! I would recommend him to anyone without a doubt. He does very good work with a fantastic attitude.

AirTek was fantastic. Came within just a few hours of my call. Immediately fixed the problem with my AC, explained what was going on, what caused it in the first place and how to keep an eye on it in the future. Extremely knowledgeable. Great experience all around.

Vic came highly recommended to me, and I’m thrilled with the results. He was absolutely fantastic - both personable and professional. I was not at home while he was doing the work so, without even being asked, he sent me regular text updates along with photos of the work. As I do not understand the process, he explained step by step prior to the day of work what he would be doing and why. It is clear that he is a savant in his field, and I know the job was executed well.
Furthermore, I have a sense of peace knowing that he will be maintaining my my HVAC units going forward. Preventable maintenance is important. I already have him on the schedule for my spring and fall service.

Vic was excellent. He went the extra mile to properly diagnose the problem (unusual issue between thermostat and furnace) then repaired it immediately at a very reasonable price, all in one day. Great attitude and most helpful. I asked that he put me on his regular maintenance schedule. I can happily recommend Air Tek.

Excellence, friendly and fast service. Was very impressed. I called to have refrigerant added to my mini split because it was low and was able to get cool air. Once the appointment was set. Vik from AirTek arrived on time, fixed my issue and now it's working better than when I first installed it. I am getting cooler temps than before. I will use AirTek in the future for any of my HVAC issues and will certainly recommend them any other companies.
