DJS Heating and Air Service

These brothers came out to our house and was here for along time, they didn’t cleaned our units and didn’t put any freon in, the units as they pretended to have. One of the brothers came and told my husband that the units needed a parts that wasn’t covered under the warranty so my husband asked him how much would it cost and how soon could he put it on, he said he had already put it on and it would be one hundred and twenty dollars. My husband asked for the part that supposedly had been taken off, so the brother went to his van and brought a part to my husband. After they left my husband went out to the units to find that it hadn’t been cleaned and the old parts was still on the units. Before they left one of them said if you needed us you have our number, just give us a call and we’ll come, he knew that we was going to have trouble because they didn’t do anything, and the units had a burned spot on it, it would have eventually caught a fire. We had to pay someone else to come out and replaced the parts and cleaned the units. I agree with the other person they was polite and acted professional, but if you aren’t honest, been polite don’t mean a thing. I’m sure we aren’t the first person they have been dishonest with. I would have given then a zero if it was possible. So I caution y’all to beware.

When my a/c unit stopped working, the day before hosting an event, DJS came to the rescue. After one phone call, DJS arrives within a couple hours, fixing the issue quickly. I'm forever grateful.

First let me say that I hate my home warranty company and usually sends out horrible 2 star companies to fix things. We were assigned DJ's Heating and Air Service and went straight to google to see their reviews and get the phone number. We couldn't be there at the times they were available so I called them to reschedule. The gentleman on the phone was very pleasant and worked with me on changing the time. They actually came a few hours later the same day! When they arrived, the gentleman were professional looking and very polite. Even though it wasn't a huge problem with the AC, they still took their time to explain what happened and how they were going to fix it. They were here less than 30 minutes and we had a working AC!!! The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating is due to them wearing shoes through the house. I would have preferred they had booties on, as we do not wear shoes in our home. Overall a great company, very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. Thanks again gentleman for the speedy service.

DJS was assigned to fix my hot water heater via my home warranty services. It felt good to see two brothers working together, making It happen for themselves ☺️. I was proud. With that being said, I still held them to a certain standard of professionalism and accountability! I am pleased to be able to say they passed. I know they were tired as it was late evening arriving to my home, yet they hung in there and got the job done. In addition, took time to do a detailed show and tell before leaving. Yes, they are young but they handled the job like seasoned pros. Thanks DJS for a job well done!

Came out on a 2/10 warrenty claim. Made the first visit to diagnose the problem; got there check and never came back to do the repair.

These young men were very responsive to my request to check my unit that was not working. It was so simple and I felt bad afterwards. Really great work highly recommend

These guys came out and found nothing wrong with our A/C unit at 9a-10a which I'd already told them that the problem was in the afternoon. They said that that was normal... Well, I have a problem with that when it is 90 degrees inside and it's cooler outside than it is inside. There is definitely a problem somewhere this company is just not qualified to find it.

I love DJS Heaing and Air service. They came out to my house and fixed my air conditioner very reasonable pricing and great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.
