I got a service plan with Dent Ac and forgot about it and call a family member to work on my unit. My family member told me I needed a new condenser after he changed a part out because the breaker started to trip. I thought about Dent Ac and called, so they sent James Hoskins out. I told him that I couldn't afford a new unit at present time. He said no problem he was going to take care of me. After looking around in my unit he saw that my unit was wired up wrong and he corrected it. Thanks to James I have time to save money and I would gladly call him back when I'm ready to purchase a new unit. Dent Air Conditioning installed and has maintained our heating and cooling systems for many years now. D’Vode Reed was our technician today. He was punctual and provided a very thorough inspection of our heating and cooling systems. He discussed each system with us in detail following the maintenance inspection. We are appreciative of his attention to detail and would highly recommend Dent Air services.

They only charge to come and see and then they gave an estimate more than $9,000 for a loss that was fixed with $800. Very bad service. Their business is not to solve the problem, just to rip people off, they charge for the visit and give an unrealistic estimate.

Our technician Mr Reed was very professional, did a thorough inspection and annual service. Reviewed his results with us and made recommendations. Outstanding experience.
