As the owner of an older home (with older pipes), I know unexpected problems can arise. Woke up with no water on a Monday; Justin and crew came out that day and pinpointed the problem which was not an easy one to find. Even though it involved a camera, driveway cutting, trench-digging, and a lot of feet of pipe, I had water by Wednesday afternoon. It was not an easy job, and no, it wasn't cheap. But I believe it was done "to last" and that they will stand behind the work. The supervisor, Jason, also came out to discuss ways to preemptively deal with other older home issues, and we have a plan in place to deal with that as well on a timeline we are comfortable with. They have done other work for me over the last few years as well, and I am happy to recommend them.

Will Fisher came from Dent today to do or routine maintenance on our A/C. He was very professional, prompt and explained everything that we needed to do on the A/C in the future. He was very engaging and courteous. He did a great job !

I was very pleased with the immediate availability I received from this company. My technician was knowledgeable and explained my repair in detail. He was also very helpful with letting me know what I can do to prolong my unit.

I’m so disappointed in the work of Dent. They didn’t repair a wall they tore out. They didn’t fix a toilet I asked to have repaired. (Probably for the best) No caulk around the work to seal it up. A faucet more than a half inch off the wall. The plumber told me to call someone to fix the wall. They left a mess every time they fixed something.

I have an new air conditioner they installed. But, I regret it.

I gave them several thousand dollars this year. I thought I was going with a reputable company. I thought wrong.

Mr. Orby Renfroe was my service Tech. He was very professional and cleaned our outside unit, which is something that was never done by the previous techs to my knowledge. Mr. Renfroe is a great asset to your company. My spouse and I were very pleased with the service today.
