RW Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electrical

I called RW Heating Air, Plumbing and Electrical to ask questions about the warranty for the HVAC system that I'd purchased from them a few years before. I wanted to have them to come out to check out some issues I'm having. I did inquire about the warranty and then wanted to schedule an appointment for service. I was spoken to very rudely when I had further questions about the parts warranty. The lady that I spoke to actually hung up the phone on me when I asked her to clarify statements that were contradictory to information and statements that she'd previously made and that did not make sense to me.

I have recommended RW to friends in the past, but I won't be recommending their company or service to anyone again after today.

My water heater needed to be replaced and they did an outstanding job replacing it.

I would not recommend using this company and I would definitely make sure their service techs are qualified before preforming any type of work. Long story short they came to my house to look at my hot water tank took a part off and left with it. I was told someone would call me in the morning to let me know estimate. I never heard from anyone called left message no one ever called me back, sent email ... nothing. Finally rec'd call was told 3 weeks for part and $600 dollars or $1400 to replace tank.... Really... Really....... Atmos came out to check my gas line and look at my tank said it needed a $6.00 part. Called another company they came out same day brought the same part with them $22.00 and my tank is now working with no problems. Be careful who you trust they may just take advantage of you. Bought a monstrous recessed rainfall shower head with led lights....its crazy awesome! Todd spent the time to figure that thing out, never gave up on me, and got it working perfectly 🙌🙌 He was up for the challenge of learning something new and giving it 110%. Im extremely thankful for his service and the office staff for working with me on all my appointments. I highly recommend Todd to be your plumber!

The office staff was extremely friendly, however the service technician who came was rude and unprofessional. When making the appointment with the office staff, I stated that it needed to be in a certain time frame because I had to leave at 3pm. They scheduled the appointment with plenty of time to do the work, however the technician was an hour and a half late. I met him in the driveway, to ask if he thought he still had enough time. We made eye contact, then he proceeds to tap on his phone for another ten minutes. I’m literally just standing there waiting for him to get out of his truck. He finally opens the door, I’m standing five feet away, and he doesn’t make eye contact or speak, and walks to back of his truck to grab supplies. I’m astonished at this point so I say “Hello???” and he turns and pretends to be surprised by my presence, LOL! I ask him if he thinks he can do the job by 3pm, because I have to leave. He gets back on the phone for about 5 minutes, I’m assuming with the office staff, then finally says “No, well have to reschedule”. I tell him no thanks, I’ll find someone else to do the work. The woman at the office apologized profusely, but I will never use this company again. I called Mitch Wright, and they came out on time, and did the job perfectly. Their technician even let my 4 year old “help” and was super sweet and friendly. I would NEVER recommend RW to anyone.

Tech was able to repair the problem and air conditioning is still cooling after the 30 day warranty, but price he charged was not what I expected. Shawn stated on the phone it was $99 service fee just to come out and no more than additional $150.00 . I was ok with that. After an hour and plus a part "contator"the charged was $542.00. I was shocked that it was that much. I asked the tech what did he charge for the contactor and a break down of the charges. He stated" Our prices come out a blue book" after talking to Shawn he stated the reason they charge so much is because of their expenses such has gas, insurance, etc. He did take off the $99 service fee.
The lesson I learned was always get the price in writing before you allow anyone to do the work.

Hearing there is a water leak under the slab of my house was stressful. Not knowing exactly where and what it would take was difficult. Thankful for Todd and Wayne taking the time to determine location before using a jackhammer in my kitchen. Leak found and repaired, protecting the rest of my house, and clean up after. I will let others know about this business!! Also, very reasonable charges.

I called yesterday morning for a water heater issue, the tech was out that afternoon and diagnosed our issue. The part was brought out this morning and installed. Both technicians and the office staff I spoke with were very friendly and helpful. The price of repair plus labor was fair and reasonable.

Mr. Todd came to my home to fix my plumbing issues with a toilet. On time, professionals! I contacted Mrs. Cathy via chat on Sunday evening, and by Noon Monday, they were at my door. And what they fixed looks nice!
