I contacted 5M to have one of my home’s a/c systems serviced and repaired. I received a text prior to the service call to confirm the technician was en route, and the text included a photo of the technician, a nice touch and great safety feature. The Technician showed up on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and had the system repaired and working within no time. I will definitely use them again.
