5M replaced a defective (leaking) condenser coil on my A/C at no charge . It was 2-3 yrs old.replaced an evaporator coil on the same system.

Tech forgot to put filter back in after checking. It was made clear that we did not want him to replace it at the time, but he still left the old filter out
