while they were on time and polite.. I was very disappointed to see that they charged me for “parts” when I enquired, I was shocked to find the “parts” used were their own tools required to do the job.. let’s just say that they have made their last dime off of me.

RW service technician, Wayne, was very cordial and professional. He arrived on time, introduced himself and began to check the outdoor system. He explained to me in detail what was needed and we proceeded with the service. He made sure everything was working well. The rate was reasonable and it was a great experience working with Wayne. Charged $320 for less than $100 in parts.
Two guys came to do the work and they both Left the house for over an hour and charged $140 labor for that hour. One could have stayed behind and started the work. When they finally started working they realized they had bought the wrong materials. So instead of them leaving again , I went and got the things they needed.
The job did get finished after 4 hours.

Darrell came out the day after my call to fix one of our AC units that stopped working and he tuned up both of them. The tune up fee was a great spring special, $57/unit. He quickly discovered the capacitor was broken and needed to be replaced. He had the part on hand which was super convenient. He also showed me the electrical readings on the old and new part, proving that it was indeed broken. Darrell also showed my Freon levels were low and he refilled them. The units were cleaned well and while the whole service was expensive, I felt the breakdown of all the charges was acceptable for what was done. I didn’t realize how expensive Freon was, but after a quick Google I realized I wasn’t taken advantage of. Darrell was polite and conversational, and we actually enjoyed visiting while I did the job. Thank you Darrell and RW!
