I had posted a review before but don’t see it and wanted to be sure they get the recognition they deserved! I have used them a couple of times and each time I have been extremely happy. They were quick to come out, courteous, professional and very thorough. I recommend them to everyone and will continue to use them!

We called when our air went out the owner was at my home within an hour and got it running. We had to have a new unit as our unit was old. They had it installed the next morning. All the workers were professional and did a great job. I highly recommend them.

I got a new hot water tank. Patrick was right on time for the appointment, very easy to talk to with no pressure! They installed my new tank within a couple hours. Very nice, very professional, and trustworthy! I highly recommend!

Our furnace went out at the worst time ever (right here at Christmas) and Desoto Air came out very quickly to check our furnace, as they had repaired it before and did a great job. They did a great job with the installation of our new furnace and were very helpful and professional. The installation crew was quick and professional and very nice young men. I definitely give them 5 stars. Thank you for getting our heat back on in our home!

Had a water pipe bust on Christmas Eve. Went with out water for a few days through the holidays. Called Desoto Air & Plumbing and explained the pipe issue. They came out to the house within a few hours and had the problem fixed within 25 minutes. They were helpful, insightful, and did a fantastic job with the pipe replacement. I will definitely be using them again.

The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue with the furnace, and fixed it within an hour. This is my second time using Desoto Air & Plumbing and the service was excellent both times.

Not the same company it was 5 years ago. Left a great review from using them 3 years ago and just had them out for a few things. Wanted $2950 to replace a hot water heater, $375-1650 to repair a drip in the shower faucet and $450 to put 2 new drain caps in. Then charged me $133 just to tell me all that. Completely different customer service and seem to be price gouging folks. Hot water heaters run 500-800 for the tank and they shouldn’t be charging $2k just to install. They have lost a loyal customer.

He said my AC was too old to take Freon needed to be replaced and it would take $12,800 to replace. I got two other estimates from competitors $4500 and $5500 for replacement, so much better than 13k. They are also going to try and push financing for 28% interest for the 12,800 “this deal ends today.” The next guys put Freon in it and unclogged the condensate drain line and it works great. Wonder how many elderly people they’ve tricked with that scare tactic. Edit: Look the owner called me a joke. I am now so hurt how will I recover.

I called regarding my heater not working. Patrick arrived and before he worked on my heat issue, he warned me of an unknown to me water heater issue. He has a very good eye. Thank goodness he did because he probably helped me from destroying my house from water damage with a rusted out water heater. Within a few hours, I had a new water heater with a warranty and my heat works. I will use this company in the future for sure. I read reviews before calling any company and their reviews definitely are true. This is a great company and I highly recommend them. The crew was courteous and "human". In the past, I have called those "happy people" but never again after this experience today.
