I called this company for my sister after she had another local company come out and try to sell her a new unit based on a bad capacitor. This company is honest and reliable. We really appreciate the professionalism

AC unit fan stopped running and reached out to Desoto Air. Unsure what I was getting as I've not lived in Mississippi long to have connections, I was pleased to meet Jon who listened and got right on addressing the issue. He took the time to explain my unit and diagnose the issue. He was professional the whole time and quality was top notch. You will not be disappointed choosing Desoto Air as your preferred AC vendor.

It’s pretty simple: if you like fast service and reasonable prices, hire Justin and Desoto Air! I’ve never worked with a vendor like these guys. Truly a class act! Don’t waste your time shopping around to save a dollar - go with FIRST CLASS service at Desoto Air. When the occasional maintenance job needs to be done (because it will, no matter who you choose), you’ll be glad you went with the best.

So grateful to this crew! Came out within half an hour of my call when we discovered our water tank wasn't working. After discovering the tank ruptured at the seam they were able to squeeze us in and get a new one installed same day (expecting our first child possibly on Monday, so timing was not in our favor). All the guys were extremely friendly and professional. We are extremely grateful to them!! Thank you so much!

Justin does exceptional work at a fair price, plain and simple. I had a somewhat difficult plumbing issue that required careful planning and execution. I spent about 2 hours thoroughly researching the best company/person for the job and decided that Desoto Air was the right choice. The work has been completed and I am very satisfied with the results!

Bottom line, Justin is rewriting the rule book in the area on how to properly treat customers and get results. He's doing it in part by making sure the basics are covered like communicating, showing up on-time, doing what he said he would do, not trying to sell you things you don't need and coming prepared to tackle any task in his area of expertise. He does all of this with patience and confidence, which is truly remarkable to witness.

I can’t say enough good things about Jon and his crew from Desoto Air. Sunday, on a holiday weekend, Jon arrived to my house after my A\C condensing unit bit the dust. I had called just 30 min prior. Jon went over options of a decades old system that I have and I decided to replace the full central unit. Jon gave me an estimate, with no pressure and assured me his company would give me the best, honest, customer service friendly install and they did just that.
After several estimates from competitors, I decided to have Desoto Air install a Trane 14 seer heating and A/C system. Desoto Air has 10 years warranty and the best labor warranty you will find on the Trane system which definitely gave me peace of mind. Jon and his crew made the install a breeze and made me feel like part of the family. Jon did not leave until everything was certain in perfect, working order. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Any work I need from now on, look no further as I will be choosing Desoto Air.

I am so sad and disappointed at this company. I spoke with the owner about my disappointment, he stated he was done talking with me. I had service done to my heater yesterday. They replaced a flame sensor in my heater, after checking around the part ran $7.96-$20.00, they charged me for less than 20 min in my house to replace it $306.02. I checked with Electrical Engineers techs from Kele Inc, a HVAC company. They stated the total amount should have $175 at most. These are not certified to install these parts, and the owner sarcastically stated why didn't I have these folks to come to my home instead? Now, If Desoto Air LLC service charge is $70.00, no doubt after looking at a single woman from another country it sure was worth charging $306.02. Just hope Mitch Wright Plumbing, Heating, and Air could have had a chance to service my home instead. They have done great in the past for me, they were just swamped this time. How I regret this transaction.

I called Justin on a Sunday evening, as our air wasn't working. He came over and did an awesome job at repairing our unit. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable and professional. As someone who has worked in customer service for years and appreciates great service, I would very highly recommend this company to anyone!!! Thanks Justin!!
