Our a/c froze up. They came out that day to look at it. Our unit had to be replaced. They were at our house the next day to replace it. . All of them were very friendly and knowledgeable. Very courteous.

Needed to replace an old outdated system and these guys came out the day after i called and gave me plenty of affordable options. Came out a few days later and removed the old system and replaced it. Works great! Easy to get along with and very respectable guys. I would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work.

From the time Justin walked in till the time the guys got through installing the next day we felt like we had been important to him and his company. He made us feel like that we were as important as anyone else that he deals with. His guys took very good care of the installation. These guys know what they're doing and they stay until it's done right.

Owner personally called me help fix an issue I had with install. I really appreciate him going out of his way to ensure that I was happy with the services received.

John is the most professional AC repair man that we have ever met. He came on time, and fixed our AC very quickly. If I could give Desoto Air 6 stars, I would. I highly recommend their service, and will use them from now on!

Fantastic service, great people. Submitted info from their website on a Sunday and received a call shortly later which I did not expect. Was quite pleased on the fast response. Justin puts you at ease.

Sent in for an appointment on Mothers’ Day and was called back almost immediately, which I did not expect with it being a holiday. Justin came out the next day, working around my work schedule. He was very quick to test each unit and diagnose the problems. Quoted me accurately and took care of the issues fully. Definitely will be going to Desoto Air for future A/C issues.

Once again I had to have Justin come out due to my furnace not working. Josh, Justin and John, I think was his name, were awesome and even played with my dogs! Thanks Guys!!!

Desoto Air has sure got all my problems from now on! Justin was very fair on putting a new central unit in, Also his workers John, Alva and Lane was very nice and friendly!!!! If you need any work please give him a call!!! I even cooked them breakfast, they felt like Family!!! Jenece
