My wife and I were leaving town in a few days and naturally our toilet started leaking. I called many places but Desoto air & plumbing were the only ones willing and able to get to my house in such a short amount of time. Danny was very professional and courteous during his visit! I would highly recommend them to any looking for a good and honest company to fix their air & plumbing troubles!

Terrific customer service. They have been available the next day every time I've called them.

My wife and I were in desperate need of plumbing work. After three long weeks of a heavy water leak, the city finally discovered where the problem was; unfortunately a pipe break on our side. The great staff at Desoto Air were lightning fast to assess and repair the water piping going to our house. We couldn’t be more pleased to have Desoto Air help us and would absolutely call again for any HVAC or plumbing work. We thank you!!!

Just to let you know that I just had our house repiped because leaks in the slab. Billy and his crew did a wonderful job and got everything done in timely manner. Billy was on top of the whole project. He kept us informed of his next move so we new what to expect. Justin the owner was also very professional and told me to call him with any concerns we had. He was very helpful with the Insurance claim process. I would recommend Justin and his team to anyone out there that needs repairs with Air and Plumbing.

Great Company!
My husband and I contacted Desoto Air, based on a neighbor’s recommendation. Jon arrived promptly in a marked company vehicle and displayed respectful mannerisms throughout the appointment. He listened to our concerns, analyzed our system set up (2 attics), found the issue & fixed it quickly. Unrelated to our initial issue, Jon also took extra time ensuring we were comfortable with routine maintenance procedures for our home’s units. In fact, he even demonstrated best practices, rather than just “telling us” – which is great for kinesthetic & visual learners. Jon is a man of integrity! Due to such a positive experience, my husband and I have officially become permanent customers of Desoto Air!

This is not just your usual A/C repair and install company. They go above and beyond! I'm an Owner Operator truck driver that was delivering plants in Olive Branch, MS when I had a copper air compressor discharge tube break on my truck. Parts for it were several days out and I was broke completely down. 6 hours from home. I started scrambling calling around trying to find a plumbing or A/C company that would take on the task of soldering the copper tube back together. I had ALOT of companies tell me they couldn't help me. This company not only helped me but completely fixed the issue in under an hour. Saved me a tow bill, hotel bill and a big shop bill! Do not hesitate to call these people! I have no doubt they are the best in the area! Billy is the one who came out and repaired my truck. Definitely a 5 star company with 5 star employees!

I have only good experiences with DeSoto Air. From my initial contact through the sale, installation, maintenance visits and today a repair. There are VERY FEW businesses that give the great service that I have always received from them. I'm so glad I have the peace of mind knowing I can call them and they will take care of my issue quickly and be glad to answer any questions or explain any repair.
