Dr Cool and Mr heat (TRI state area)

My a/c started malfunctioning on the 4th of July! I called the number expecting to get a voice mail recording, but I actually spoke with the owner who set my appointment for the next morning. He provided excellent service and at a reasonable price. He even called back later in the day to ensure my air was still working.

I was impressed with the services that Dr. Cool & Mr. Heat performed. My house was like a oven. When I called, Mr. Rodgers came that same day to look at the problem and the next day EARLY morning him and Mr. Webb did their thang! They got me hooked up with new unit and coil. Later I observed their work and notice water leaking. I called them back and they wasted no time to come back that same day to fix the problem. Now our home is back to being cooler, comfortable and relaxing. I thank you for helping me and getting A/C back in this house, especially with the weather temp is 100 degrees. I recommend everyone to use them for your hvac needs. Thanks again. ❤️

Called Kedrick on a Sunday evening about my ac unit; that had stopped working. He came in a timely manner and fixed the problem immediately. I highly recommend for all of your HVAC needs. His service is top notch.

These guys do a great job. They were courteous and professional. Kedrick explained all my options to me and then offered his personal recommendation. I took his advice. I got a new install, and haven't had any problems. Kedrick even called about two weeks later to check in and make sure my air was cooling. He did a great job!

I noticed that the air in our house wasn’t getting cool my mind instantly went to space thinking of a thousand things it could be 😂 however I said let me make a phone call I called him he was laid back relaxing but within 20 seconds he came right over last night. When I tell y’all this man checked every part of my unit from the concrete up found the problem. 8:00 this morning he was on the phone and had every part he needed to fix it. Thanks guys
