Service from Newton HVAC & Refrigeration has always been professional, honest and timely. We especially appreciate the service technicians educating us on what error codes to look for when future problems arise. We definitely recommend Newton HVAC & Refrigeration.

I do not recommended them. If I can give zero star review, I would. I had contacted them because of the great services and reviews but this was not true to me. I had an appointment between 9 am to 12 pm today when I had scheduled it through Sheila yesterday. I got a notification that the appointment was accepted. I waited past 12 pm for a call from the technician. When I called at 12:50 pm today, who I spoke with a different girl, she mentioned that the time was anywhere between 9 am and 1 pm. It's 10 minutes prior to 1 pm and I have not received a call from the technician for an ETA. I was told that they would call 30 minutes prior to coming out. The technician never called nor showed up at my house even after contacting them. I will not be needing any of their services and will look somewhere else. This was a very unpleasant experience and wasted my whole day waiting for nothing. I will be sure to leave a negative review about this. If this happens to me, who knows how many clients out there this is occurring to. They would have never known about this if I didn't call. Even when I had called, the ending result did not even change. It's 5:10 pm and yet no call from the technician. I was told that the technician cannot use their phone when they are on the job site or moving a vehicle. So how are they suppose to call me? Apparently, they don't call you nor care if they wasted a whole day of their client's time. I hope Newto HVAC & Refridgeration will improve their customer service from this example and be more responsible in following up with clients.

Great customer service. Talking to the owner is like talking to a long time friend; very friendly and personable. Flexible scheduling and availability. Convenient payment plan for maintenance plans. Jeff was awesome yesterday- extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I've been using this company for 3yrs and would recommend to anyone!

William was very knowledgeable about my boiler problem. After several prior diagnosis he figured out the problem and promptly fixed. I highly recommend Newton HVAC & Refrigeration. Great experience even staring with his wonderful receptionist

The technician did a commendable job of explaining everything to me in detail. He was well informed and understands this services well. Will refer my friends or anyone with heating and cooling needs to him.

Responded to my call immediately. Scheduled an appointment on the same day and they called me when the technician was on his way to my house. He solved the problem very quickly.I was very impressed.

James was great. He did a thorough job on my system maintenance and was very polite explaining it all. The office crew is great as well, they did everything to work around my schedule. I appreciate it all and the whole Newton HVAC & Refrigeration crew. Thank you!!
