J&R Heating & Cooling

If I could give more than 10 stars I certainly would! I could not be more pleased with my experience with J&R Heating & Cooling. I called in the morning and they were able to send a service technician that same day. The technician was pleasant and courteous. I felt very comfortable with the whole process. I will definitely be calling them for all our system needs!!

I have been working with J&R Heating & Cooling for quite some time. They have put in a new air conditioner, a new furnace with a humidifier and ultraviolet filter, repaired furnaces and AC units, worked on and replaced sump pumps, worked on plumbing and even an electric fireplace. I highly appreciate their availability, friendly timeliness, great service, fair prices, and excellent, expertise. They are the best in the business, no doubt!

Didn’t have heat, - temperatures. Called and they said they would get a tech out between a 3 hour window after us signing a “premium membership”. 2 hours and 30 minutes in, called back to only have the operator suggest we wait until tomorrow. When we asked for our refund they try to offer us a discount to stay with them. No call, no show, trying to sell deals as we freeze, false expectations. Do not use.

We could feel a burning smell from our furnace. This made us believe that something was wrong with it. We called J&R Heating & Cooling at around 10.00am to request them for an urgent service to our furnace. They assured us that their technicians would be at our place in the afternoon. The technicians arrived at 1.00pm, fully equipped and ready for the job. They diagnosed the furnace and found that out the blower motor needed to be replaced. They replaced it immediately and the furnace was working again. Thank you J&R Heating & Cooling. Much recommendations.

Jeff was very professional. From the time he arrived to give me an estimate to when the job was completed. The estimate was correct, the job was completed on time, he was always on time. The job that was done looks very nice. The job site was left cleaner than when the project was started. I will definitely use J&R Heating & Cooling again.

Big thanks to Victor and his friend for installing our new system! Thanks also to the installer for coming out on the service call and explaining all the different systems to us. I am very happy.

Jeff came out to check on my AC unit as it was not working properly. He was professional, on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to ask me questions about my heating and cooling, and also listened to some of the concerns I had. He went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend J&R Heating & Cooling.

Prompt response from customer service team. The technicians arrived on time and gave a good explanation of what they would do. They were knowledgeable and thorough in diagnosing the problem and also answered any questions I asked.

I can't say enough about this company. Twice they came out within a couple hours after calling with an emergency issue and my sticker shock was over not getting gouged like their competition do! Customers for life

The tech was very professional and explained services to be performed (standard yearly boiler maintenance). Answered all my questions. Would recommend and hope to see him again performing future services.
