Very professional from the moment I called to make an appointment, to the technician coming out and identifying the problem and fixing it. It was refreshing to find a true professional who I felt was being upfront and honest.Will use this company again in future for all my heating and cooling needs.

Terrible horrible service, work just 1 year. after that they offer service for 1 year $300, or come in and repair for 1 time $400. Air-conditioned is small just for room.

They no-showed in our 3 hour window, and despite multiple calls into their customer service line and being told "we'll call you back" I never was called back or updated.

Horrible customer service. Was hung up on for asking questions. Definitely do not do business with this company.

Excellent work, I called for a generator replacement. It took only one day for them to get back to me and visit. I expect an estimate within a few days. Last January they did an entire HVAC replacement. Well designed, and excellent work. I highly recommend J&R Heating & Cooling.
