Philip's Heating And Air Conditioning

A very positive experience. Had total a/c and heat replaced with a brand new heat pump system and I am very happy with the cost and the installation. I would highly recommend Philip's Heating And Air Conditioning.

I called Philips Heating and Air Conditioning to come to my home and assess a problem with my furnace unit. The technician told us we needed a new thermostat, which did fix the problem. After writing a check to the business, it was cashed the next day. The day after it was cashed I received a call from the technician who came to home, and also the business "manager," telling me that they had been unable to cash my check because I put a "stop payment" on it. I made it very clear that I had a bank statement with a copy of the check image showing that they had cashed it already. After telling the "manager" that they had already received my payment, I didn't receive any more calls from the business. However, with this attempt to get me to write them another check, ie FRAUD, I will never recommend this "business" and will be writing a review to the BBB.

I was referred to this company by my roofer who spoke positively about them. Called them and they lived up to the reputation. Tony is just wonderful as well as Greg and the great lady that works at the office. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my HVAc needs!Thanks guys.

Greg and Bramwel were extremely refined and completed the repairs in a few hours after arriving so I could get my AC back on. They were very patient in clarifying how things functions and why I was having my issues. Extraordinary service!!

Called and requested air conditioner diagnostic and repair. They set a 2:15 to 5:15 arrival time and quoted a diagnostic fee. 1.5 hours later, they called to cancel the appointment. Backed out of the appointment leaving less time to find anyone else leading into the weekend. Very unprofessional.
