I especially appreciate the time every single person from their takes to thoughtfully answer my questions and educate me about the work and equipment. We wouldn't use any other company for our HVAC needs.

Also, he did not disappear after the job was complete. He is still there after the job is done, for any aftermath issues that may result. We had Greg repair our Air Conditioner unit. He kept us apprised while figuring out what the problem would be that caused the AC not to work. The repair took much time but didn't leave until the AC was up and running again. The end work was excellent. Our AC has never developed any problem since it was serviced by Greg.
