I loved working with this business! They were prompt and kind, and they swiftly helped me out of a jam. I'll most certainly use them again!

Tom and his installers are the best. They were so courteous and professional. Had our old furnace out and the new one in, in very few hours. Such polite young men. Their prices are very competitive. Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning stands for quality. You can trust them. I highly recommend.

Called at 9AM on Friday 05/28/2021.
Wanting to get my furnace looked at as it stopped working.

Signed up for their "Premium membership" package, this would waive the service fee, and give a small discount on parts and labor. Great.

Was told I would receive a call between 11:15 and 3:15.

Called them at 10am to confirm the times that a tech would call.

Called at 11:30 to inform them that I was going to work and please call my wife.

Called at 3:30 so see if my job was still going to be complete, as we are now past the quoted time frame.

Called at 4:45, and was finally told that they had over booked and my furnace wouldn't be able to be seen until:
Wednesday (06/02/2021) OR Thursday (06/03/2021)

No one thought to tell me when I called previously that my job was "over booked" by their scheduling staff until almost 5pm, ON a Friday when it would FAR too late to get anyone else out to look at the job.

No manager ever called me back after requesting such.
Only, sorry I'm working from home and can't reach a manager.
Or, would you like a manager to call you back in 30 to 90 minutes?
And my favorite excuse of: I only take calls and forward them to them people who actually schedule them in a different department.

Will not recommend, will not use again
Poor customer service, poor communication.
Too many people involved in scheduling and not enough over sight to ensure that it's being performed correctly.

Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning company truly know their stuff. Our AC unit was having issue blowing cool air and they were at our doorstep by 6 pm (approx. an hour after my call) The technicians are professional and well trained and use the best equipment and technology available to get the job done. Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning kept me informed of the times and even provided ample notice when it looked as if my time would be delayed. Tom still came out as promised and quickly identified the issues after the first test. Then explained it to me in detail and provided options for fix and also preventing future issues with my system. Very thorough. This was the 2nd time I've used this company and still very impressed. Will definitely be using them again and referring others.

Tom was professional in his work. He was thorough, and completed his work in a timely manner. He took pictures of the blower and coils to show me that they were clean and in good working order. I would recommend Tom and Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning for heating and air conditioning work.

They are a little more expensive than some of the bigger guys but were able to come out the next day when most where out over a week. The tech was a few hours late but did a fantastic job cleaning our furnace. All things considered I would recommend these guys if you need fast service.

Yesterday two technicians visit my home due to an issue On my air condition! They examined my inside and outside units! They assured me they couldn’t see anything wrong with my unit! They both were nice and explained what they did and advised if I encounter further issues, to call them immediately.

My customer experience with this company was nothing short of perfect. I am so impressed, it's hard to find the words.
