Abel Heating and Cooling

I have used Abel Heating and Cooling on multiple occasions. Fred, Leah and team have always been very responsive and prompt in their services, regardless of the size of the project, especially, during emergencies. I would highly recommend their services. Based on my interactions and experiences on multiple occasions, the technicians, Jason, Brian and Shawn are exemplary. Kudos!

Well, the technician Bryan seems knowledgeable and professional and show up on time. However, the manager claimed that they can do the geothermal system maintenance when he answered my call and inquiry but they as the matter of fact they can not. So, everybody may wasted time and hopefully the bill would not be too high. River

Out of 4 HVAC companies that we dealt with during the -30 degree cold snap and our furnace breaking down, Abel far exceeded them all! All of their staff are friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable. They were upfront about pricing, arrived quickly, and were very pleasant to work with! Abel Heating was a Lifesaver for us! We were without heat for several days trying to work with our home warranty company. We finally called Abel Heating and Jim was there early the next morning and resolved the issue in 10 minutes flat!!! Abel Heating is always responsive, courteous, and professional. It's rare to find people (or businesses) willing to go the extra mile. They do! Brian is the best! They are our only "go to" service company for our heating needs.

I chose ABEL from a Google search because they have been in business for such a long time and are a local company. I could not have been more impressed with their professionalism and service. Everyone was friendly, and the service tech that visited not only fixed my A/C, but also put up with all of my questions (I had a lot) about my HVAC system in general. Happy to recommend them! UPDATE: I need to repeat all the good things I said above because now they have helped me with my furnace as well. Seriously - these guys are awesome! SECOND UPDATE: They continue to help us with our A/C and Furnace in the most respectful and cost-effective ways. I will definitely be going to them when the time comes that I have to replace mine.

I am so happy I got a second opinion from Abel. My neighbor recommended them so we called before going forward with a competitor’s recommendation to replace our furnace. Turns out we only needed a $200 part instead of a whole new furnace! The Abel team members we worked with were professional, friendly, and on time. We’ll be calling them again in the future for our HVAC needs for sure.

Abel took over from a long-time company due to retirement, and they have been just as good and reliable as the former company. I have been very pleased with their service for more than 2 years and September is not far away. They will be checking my furnaces to prepare for winter.

From the moment we called to discuss options to replace our noisy furnace we felt we had their undivided attention. The work was scheduled and completed in a matter of days.
