Moses was efficient and professional. He made a recommendation to replace a part and explained why he made the recommendation, but he did not pressure me to have it done. I signed a one-year seasonal maintenance agreement with Hendricks Heating And Cooling based on my experience with Moses and the company's reputation.

My furnace stopped working and after calling a number of Heating and Cooling companies Moses was the only person who picked up the phone and came to my home within an hour. Even though it is an older furnace, he was able to find the part to repair it instead of suggesting to buy a new one which I couldn't afford at the time. I have been looking for an honest furnace repair person and I think I've found him!

I've been doing business with Courtney's for several years. Their techs are the best. John who came today, kept me fully informed, including photos, of what was wrong with my A/C unit and what he was doing to repair it. He worked hard in the heat to do a professional, still affordable repair. I can't recommend Hendricks Heating And Cooling highly enough.

Henry came to my home to give me an estimate for new a/c and heating system. I am very thrilled with his skills and creative suggestions to solve a few unusual problems. He just knew the right way to approach the solutions. Quite frankly, I don't think anyone else from other companies could be as savvy and smart as Henry, and I won't even try to find out!

When I called, Joan was amazing . She even try to help me with small things so I might not need them to come out, but Mose had to come out and he was there at the time they said he would be . He was straight forward . Did not waste any of my time, fixed what need to be fixed and kept everything clean before he left . This will be the only company I will call for any AC work .
