Assigning one star because the receptionist I spoke with was courteous and helpful. We read the reviews and were excited to patronize a local business. Ours was not an emergency situation, we were just looking for routine furnace maintenance. We called and were told a technician could provide the service the next day. Great! We were available from 7:30 am until 4:30 pm and never heard a word from anyone at Hendricks. A couple days later, a second call was placed and the receptionist assured us we were in the system. She assigned the call to a technician and said the work would be completed by the end of the day. Nothing. A 3rd call was placed and during this call I made it clear that I wasn’t even sure why I was willing to give them one more chance, but three strikes and you’re out. The receptionist apologized and said someone would return my call within a half hour. Someone did and he stated he could provide the maintenance the following day. He stated he would call around 3pm to let us know when he would be arriving at our home. It is now 7:25 pm and we have heard nothing. Perhaps this service call did not represent significant profits for Hendricks Heating and Cooling, but we are loyal customers/consumers for businesses who provide reliable and quality service. We will be sure to share our experience with neighbors and friends. Our business is being taken elsewhere.

The gentleman that came to service my air conditioner was very knowledgeable and walked me through what he was doing. He went above and beyond my expectations even helping to remedy a long-standing vibration in our air handler that other companies we had previously dealt with could not do. Moses was great in implementing the order very quickly and got two technicians to install the furnace on a Saturday. The technicians were very professional, respectful, and friendly. They gave me instructions on everything I needed to know and cleaned up all the materials. I was very satisfied with everything.

The service people started right on time and didn't stop until their work had been completed. They checked the installation making sure that everything was working perfectly. They also gave me simple instructions on what to do with the system. A nicer bunch of service people you could not find elsewhere.
