I live in excess of 30 minutes from Northern Tool. The online store said there was one sprayer tank left. In order for me to drive there and make sure there was a tank left, I contacted the store. The clerk checked the shelves, said that they did have one left, and would hold it for me. I paid online with PayPal and everything went smoothly. I can appreciate good customer service and today the service was 5-star.

I had a mishap with something that was supposed to be shipped to my house and got the run around from their corporate. I stopped going there because of it.. I went back 6 months later because I needed a tool. I had mentioned to the lady working that I had a bad experience and without hesitation she got on it. When she couldn't dig any deeper she brought the Mgr and they made it right. I will definitely be going back again after that! Thanks to Janice and Debbie. Your customer service is second to none!

Extremely clean and bright store. Large selection of Stihl chainsaws along with knowledgeable staff to assist. Extremely good time to purchase as you get $60 off any $60 dollar purchase when you apply for a credit card. Easy parking and quality products available.

Normally I am very happy with this store but I was upset enough after leaving this location the last time I will probably shop ACME Tools instead. I had an issue with a sprayer so I called Northstar and the guy was super great. He determined the pump was bad and under warranty. Said I could go to the store and they may have one to swap it out. I went to the store and no one wanted to help me. I literally got bounced between 5 different people. The Manager Craig was unwilling to help me or his employees. I was told since they didn’t have it in stock I would have to pay for a replacement. As soon as I left I called and they had a replacement sent out, I got a tracking number in less than an hour. In summary the store sucks at customer service!

They were great. I went in by recommendation of an O'reilly employee. "They handle a lot of trailer parts". Boy was he right. Fleet Farm didn't have it and Northern was better priced on everything. The employees are also very helpful. Keep it Northern Tool & Equipment.

The Sales staff are very friendly and exceedingly helpful. They know what great customer service is and they deliver. They have a big selection of tools from small to large. About anything you'll need for working on cars, welding, carpentry, masonry. They have everything you might need for your trailer and sell good quality built trailers at reasonable prices. Check for sales; there is usually a discount either in their flyer or on the web.
