Shout out to I believe his name was Brendon. He went above and beyond helping us replace our dump cart wheels and chainsaw chain without us having the exact measurements. He even helped us save some money! This was our first time in Northern Tools and we will definitely be coming back for our tool needs. The staff made the store have a welcoming atmosphere.

Always friendly and available to help. If I can't find someone in the store, the cashier has gotten someone for me quickly.

I ordered several corrugated metal raised garden beds online that would be picked up at your Duluth location this summer. It was a very smooth process. When they arrived at the Duluth store, I received notification that I could pick them up. The store staff were extremely helpful in locating my order and assisting with delivery of the beds to my car and loading them for me. Excellent service!

i've had nothing but great service and quality tools from northern tool and would recommend them over any department store. I alike the fact that they're employees actually know what they're selling you

Went in looking for a Milwaukee Circlular saw that I found online. It said two in stock. Asked for assistance from someone up front and they said they could help right after checking out someone else. They checked them out and completely ignored me. Multiple employees came up front and none of them bothered to help. Stood at the front desk for a good 10 minutes until I decided to just leave. Horrible in store service

Horrible service, so I went to ACME instead for Milwaukee tools at the same price.
Waited up front for a locked away tool after employee (possibly the manager) said he’d be with me shorty and yelled at the cashier I asked for help not to grab it. He kept using a horrible tone toward the cashier. Left because he started helping older male customers who came in after me. He seemed to be discriminating against me, but I hope that’s not the case.

Store has improved a lot with better products, service, and layout!
