There was only one professional that came out, Moochi Yang. I was not told that they would leave with no filter in my furnace when quoting....and it did not do wonders for my asthma. I did not appreciate listening to Branden talk about how awful my AC unit is....old, shakey and with ice on the fan blades. I also did not appreciate him inviting Moochi to use my garage without asking first. Moochi did a great job, but the rest of the group need to learn some professionalism.

Everyone from Barb, who answers the phone to the service tech Nash that was just here at our home have been absolutely wonderful.
Gave many options for repairing or furnace and did a great job.
Would recommend them to anyone

First time using TC Heating, Air, and Electric. Alex, the technician, took the time to address my concerns, complete a thorough check of the furnace, and let me know things about the furnace I never knew.

I signed up for the maintenance program they offer based on the knowledge and professionalism of Alex.

Alex was very informative, walked us through every step. Very friendly, helpful, and professional.
