Kelsey and aviator did a great job installing electrical circuit to my hot tub, putting in sugar protector and other miscellaneous stuff. Kelsey has a nice personality, very detail oriented and takes time to explain every thing. He also provided warranty for his work which is really nice.I will use this company again in future.

I have used Twin City Heating, Air, and Repair a few times in the past couple of years for maintenance on both my AC unit and furnace. The staff are very professional. You actually speak to people when you call and not an automated system. They take their time to explain things to me, so that I can understand and will follow up with me to answer questions. I get alerts about when to expect the providers and who is the technician that will be coming to my home. Services are provided in a quick and timely manner. When we’ve had to have our HVAC system replace, it was replaced within a few days. My neighbors are always impressed with how fast we get services and I believe that’s because we go through Twin Cities Heating and Air. They have after hour services that you do have to pay a little bit more but it’s within a reasonable amount. The business also offers financing that really helps us to make payments over several months without interest. I recommend using this service and plan to use it business again in the future.

I received service from Twin City Heat, Air and Electric. They dispatched technician Vincent Chen who was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable of his job also more than willing to answer off the wall questions about my HVAC system. Out of the park service!

Yesterday I called for service. It started off a bit sad because they couldn't get out to me until next week (not their fault, just a busy time), but asked if I wanted to be on their "list" for others that cancel. They called me right away this morning and said they had a cancelation and if I wantes someone to come out, I would be on the list for that cancelation. You bet I took it. The service gets better! Alex S. Shows up he gets straight to work. He was super professional and had a great personality. It didn't take him a long and explained what needed to be replaced very throughly. He made the replacement and now my house is cooling down on this hot 92 degrees day. Highly recommend this team and Alex S.

Called because the furnace stopped putting out heat and was able to get a same day appointment.

Everyone I spoke to was polite and knowledgable, super helpful. They arrived on time explained what was going on and the options. Edward was at my house for maybe 2 hours at most and the furnace was working before he left. Double checked if we had any questions or concerns.

I chose to do their monthly service option where they will call to set up maintenance cleanings for the furnace and ac each year so I don't have to remember and it will still be taken care of!

I called twin city heating and air in January when my furnace went out .
They sent Sam out and he installed a new Lennox furnace. He did a great job. Then in June my air conditioner stopped. I again called twin city heating and air. They sent out Sam and Jerry out to install a new Lennox air conditioner. The two of them were so professional and easy to talk with. They explained everything. They made sure everything was working before they left. I would definitely recommend twin city and air to my friends and family. SAM and Jerry are some of the best technicians I have had. The technicians were very nice, but I felt like I was getting a sales pitch the minute they walked in the door. We were told we needed a new zone valve for our basement level, and new thermostat. To confirm, we went ahead to get a second opinion for the repair that was suggested - and discovered that they had recommended the wrong zone valve be replaced. Overall, I wasn’t super happy with our experience.

Dan Wong is a great tech. Got my ac back up and running at a great price. Super friendly and knowledgeable as well.
