Lofgren Heating & Air Conditioning

From first contact with the scheduling staff to the moment the tech left our home we could not have been more satisfied. The tech was very knowledgeable and answered our questions concisely. His input as to several older systems was valuable - that is an electronic air cleaner and whole house humidifier. We will be doing more business with Lofgren and are happy to recommend them to family and friends.

A friend recommended Lofgren to me, and now I would recommend them, too. Their people were friendly and seemed quite knowledgeable, did very neat work (better looking than the previous one) and the only glitch was when they turned the furnace on - it didn't work. Mine was the last job of the day and I'm sure the two men wanted to get home on time, but they stayed until finding the fault, which was a valve in the gas line that wasn't even part of the furnace installation, but they got a new one and installed it anyway so I'd have a working furnace when they left. I think that was really good service. They also showed up when they said they would, with a final "we're on the way" call within a half hour of showing up, and did a good job of cleaning up when finished.

Lofgren went above and beyond to help us with our heating issue. After our furnace went out, a service technician promptly came over and helped temporarily heat our home until we could get a new furnace installed. Neil brought heaters over to help us get through the night and was able to help us get a furnace installed quickly despite a busy schedule due to unusually low temps. We have trusted Lofgren for the last 12 years for our heating and AC needs, and highly recommend them.

After our furnace stopped running in the middle of the night, I called in to Lofgren’s office and was treated professionally by Laura, who let me know their techs were all on service calls until later that afternoon but that they would come out as soon as possible. The service guys did come that afternoon, were diligent, friendly, and quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue, as well as providing some additional comments about possible future needs due to the age of the furnace. Great service!

A great experience. I was able to get a same-day visit for my broken AC during the hottest week of the year. Laura was very friendly, patient and accommodating over the phone and Chad gave some great advise on how to keep things running smooth for remainder of the summer. Lofgren Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new furnace and air conditioner in our home. We are 100%satisfied with every aspect of the installation. Neil, the salesman, was terrific to work with. He gave us a good variety of options and didn't try to up-sell or pressure us into something we didn't need or want. He even responded to an email question on a holiday weekend.
The installation technicians, Joe and his helper, were very professional and thorough. The installation was very neat and they worked carefully. They covered our carpet with drop cloths and were careful not to ding things as they moved materials in and out of the house. Their cleanup was thorough and not a trace of their work was left.

The new air conditioner is working great on this nearly 100 degree day.
