Lofgren Heating & Air Conditioning

Lofgren recently replaced an existing AC unit for me. I selected Lofgren for the work because their price was competitive and for the professional way they presented their proposal. The installation went well, the installers were very competent and they did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. There was however some damage that happened to the rear garage entry door. Lofgren management took responsibility for it and made the situation right to my satisfaction. Should I need HVAC work in the future Lofgren will be my first call. I would strongly recommend Lofgren to anyone needing HVAC services

The installation of the Carrier furnace and air conditioner was absolutely professional. Joe and TG were the installers and did a great job of not only installing the equipment, but did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Excellent and prompt service. I had some AC issues which turned out to be very minor but they were able to come out to my home the same day I called. I had called Centerpoint Home Service Plus first and they said they could only schedule me two weeks out! The serviceman "Randy" was extremely friendly and cut me some slack on the service fee since it was a quick trip. Highly recommended for the Apple Valley area!

These guys gave the most researched competitive bid (finding rebates, no one else found). The only reason I didn’t go with them is that I wanted to stay with the folks who had installed my original system and serviced it for 18 years, and couldn’t say no when they matched Lofgren’s deal. But anyone who asks, I refer them to Lofgrens with the highest recommendation.

Just had a humidifier installed and furnace has been going out daily. I called Neil at Lofgren who told me it’s just 24 volt wiring and couldn’t be the problem. After Centerpoint came out they were able to point to the wiring as the cause. I called Neil back and he could care less. Do not give your hard earned money to Lofgren.
