Noble Heating & Cooling

My furnace quit working and I wanted to find a contractor that was local (Troy, MI), a small business and with quality workmanship. Noble Heating and Cooling was all three and more. Corey came to my house less than 10 minutes from my phone call and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. The price was fair and I was very happy. I plan to use Noble Heating and Cooling for all my future furnace and A/C needs.

Noble H & C is BY FAR the best heating and cooling company in the area. They are professional, prompt, and reasonably priced. Corey came over and made short work of my furnace issue. Honest and reliable. You've made a customer for life.

Extremely pleased with Corey and Mike. Furnace stopped working overnight Sunday and by 1pm on Monday Corey and Mike had repaired the piece that went bad and I had heat again in my home. Will definitely be using them when I need to replace the entire Furnace/AC unit after this season!

First hot weekend in 2015 and I have no AC! Called first thing Monday morning and the soonest they could get here was Friday (seems I'm not the only one whose AC decided not to work!). 30 minutes later Corey called me back and said they had a cancellation and could I take that appointment - could I?! I had a problem with my furnace pilot not lighting and subsequently not heating on a Saturday afternoon. I called Noble Heating and Cooling 15 minutes before their posted closing time. Corey answered and offered to come by after completing a large install project 45 minutes away. He called when he was on his way and arrived when promised. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem - a problem with the thermostat not the furnace itself - and was able to have everything working properly in under one hour. Both my wife and I were very impressed with his professionalism and courteousness. It is difficult to find companies that you would recommend to friends and family, but we would readily recommend Corey and Noble Heating and Cooling to anyone in need of their services.

I called Noble for a 2nd opinion after being told by another company that I needed a new furnace. Corey came out within a half hour, and within another 5 minutes had diagnosed my problem as a failed flame sensor - not a failing blower motor and inducer motor as the other company had tried to sell me on. My gratitude goes out to Noble and Corey for their honesty and integrity. They have earned a new loyal customer.

Hire Noble Heating & Cooling. I cannot stress that enough. Although no one is excited about buying a new furnace, Noble Heating & Cooling did a wonderful job. They identified my issue on the old furnace and we discussed the need to replace with a new furnace. They came out the next day and completed the job at cost and on time. I could not be happier. When my AC fails, I will be calling Noble Heating and Cooling.

Corey and Mike have taken care of us for several years now by providing HVAC tune ups and installation of a new hot water heater. Today, they installed our new HVAC system and got our house feeling cool again. They did a professional job and treated our home as if it was their own.
