Wow, I am impressed!! We were having furnace issues in this frigid cold weather. I called Noble Heating and Cooling after reading the positive reviews online. They came at a very reasonable time (in fact quicker than I had imagined especially in this weather). Cory was really nice and professional. They diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly charging a very reasonable fee. The transaction process of payment was quick and I loved having an electronic copy of my receipt. I am forever thankful and will use their services in the future. I will also recommend them to friends and family in the future. Thank you for the great service!! We all appreciate it here!

We had Noble Heating and Cooling install a new furnace and AC. Corey and Mike showed up when I was told and was very professional. Very happy with the value and service i received. I defiantly will be recommending Noble to all my family and friends.

I have had excellent experience with this company. I had a problem with a furnace humidifier, not a critical but annoying . I realized that it was not usual and difficult to diagnose. They came to my house twice and were able to fix it finally. I was very impressed with their professionalism and accuracy - they came in a reasonable time and exactly on the time of appointment ( I could compare to another company ... ) . I have feeling that they were trying to minimize my expenses. Electronic way of payment and delivering of receipts is a small but pretty convenient additional feature. I would recommend this company to everybody.

The guys at Noble were great, diagnosed the issue fixed it quickly and were very professional. I have a 25 yr old HVAC system and will definitely be using them when I replace it.

I have used Noble H&C for several years now. Initially it was just for my annual system checks but 1-1/2 years ago they replaced my furnace (on what turned out to be the coldest day of the winter). Had a subsequent “no heat” issue when my wife was home alone and Corey came the same day. Turned out a plastic garbage bag was stuck to the PVC air inlet for the furnace and he wasn’t even going to charge. Today they repaired my AC one day after I called in the middle of an extended heat wave. Noble is a small 2 man shop (as far as I know) that are always on time, polite and professional. Price is competitive. I recommend them

You know when you meet someone, you like them right away, and feel you can trust them? That’s how it was when interacting with Corey, one of the owners. All I needed was a furnace inspection and all aspects of scheduling went smoothly. He called ahead of time and arrived when he said he would. He was efficient and honest as well. I will definitely call them in the future for any HVAC needs.

I hired Noble to replace my furnace. I was very pleased with their services. Mike and Corey are a father and son team who work seamlessly well together. They arrived on time, were careful with moving out my old furnace, and put tarps down everywhere they were traveling so as to keep the hardwood and carpet clean and free from damage. They did a professional job and went above the call of duty. Mike also informed me that I was entitled to an energy rebate from Consumers Energy and he took care of all the paperwork. I received a nice check in the mail a couple weeks later.

Noble Heating & Cooling is fantastic! Came home from work with the house at 80 degrees, AC and furnace running, but no air coming through the registers. Called Noble at 8pm onTuesday, Corey called me back while I was leaving a message. Did not expect them to answer my call until the following morning. Was able to set up an appointment the following morning at 10am, and they came right on time, calling me 30 minutes beforehand to let me know they were on their way. They were in and out in less than an hour and charged me a reasonable amount. Cannot rec commend them enough! Wonderful customer service, reasonable rates, and knowledgeable and efficient repair. What more could you want? Thanks so much!

I chose to call Noble for a second opinion, after a recommendation from a co-worker. Not only was Corey friendly, but his quote was hundreds of dollars less than the original I received from a big box competitor. He was very accommodating with scheduling, and never tried pushing any products or services on us that we didnt need. My wife and I were very satisfied with the service and repair that noble provided. I highly recommend them, and will definitely use this company again in the future.
