    Noble was great! Corey and Mike came out to take a look at our 1983 air conditioning unit and repaired it within an hour for a great price. Most companies would have probably recommended a new unit once they saw how old the unit was, but they had my best interest. Explained everything very clearly and were up front about the costs. They will be the only company I call when it is time to replace.

    Unbelievable service and professionalism. Our furnace stopped working last night, I called Cory and Mike in the morning and they were able to come by same day and resolve the issue. I have never worked with a company with better know-how and customer focus. Keep up the great work!

    Corey and Mike installed a new furnace and air conditioning system for my family. They are two of the most professional people my husband and I have ever met! The cost was very reasonable and the whole project was top notch from start to finish! They kept us well informed and answers any questions we had, making us feel very comfortable.     I am Antoine's daughter Melissa and Noble took good care of my family. Cory was very nice on the phone and they gave me the lowest quote to come out to assess the problem. He wore special shoes not to mess up my carpet and that just showed me how professional and thoughtful they were. Then he was able to explain things to me and be very honest with me so I could make an informed decision. I got a great deal and I will share this with all friend who need to know of a good heating and cooling company. I felt comfortable with him in the house as Cory was very respectful and considerate that I was on a tight budget. I hope this review helps them because they are a good company

    My daughter lost her heat recently and with a newborn (one month) and a two year old, heat is a necessity.... not a luxury. My daughter called Noble as a result of their high internet rating and explained that she was having difficulty with her heater and needed service. Noble was very busy and gave her their next opening which was a week and a half out. My wife and I were out of the state when this happened and my daughter did not want to concern us so she did not mention her problem. When we returned home she finally told us the furnace was not working. She said she had an appointment set up with Noble but it would a week before they could come. I ask for permission to call on her behalf which she agreed to. I called and got a young man named Corey who confirmed the week out appointment. When I explained the extenuating circumstances, Corey went to work and adjusted their schedules to fit us in on an emergency basis ON THE SAME DAY THAT I CALLED. He gave us a window form 2 - 5 pm and as it appears is a responsive characteristic of this company came right at 2 pm (the earliest part of the window). This story ends with an accurate and timely diagnosis with a MORE THAN REASONABLE service call (60% of what many other companies charge). My daughter will not consider another Heating and AC company and now I won't either. This is a new era company with old fashioned customer service. My guess is they will never be hurting for work. My only concern is that they are obviously not a well kept secret so we will have to wait for service normally ...which we will do. Thank you Corey and Mike.

    We enjoyed our experience with Noble Heating & Cooling--even when they made a big mistake.

    The morning of our appointment, the service technician did not show up. Thirty minutes after the time we set, I called and left a message. Within a few minutes, I got a call back. Corey admitted that he made a scheduling mistake, apologized, and promised to make it right immediately. He did. Within 20 minutes, Mike (another service technician) arrived and did the job well. By that I mean he did what we needed him to do and pointed out some problems with our furnace. Rather than trying to "hard sell" me on labor and parts, he explained how each part was defective and how it was affecting the furnace's performance. He didn't mind at all when I said I would order the parts and do it myself. He even admitted that it was a simple fix. I appreciated the honesty (even though he could have pushed me and made more money). Best part: They didn't charge me for the visit (and apologized again for the mistake). Corey even made a special trip over to the house to apologize in person. Everyone makes mistakes. Only a few are good at making it right. You can trust this family with your family's warmth.

    Extremely professional. Corey and his father arrived on time to inspect/clean my gas furnace and humidifier. They were courteous and honest and there were no surprises between the initial quote and final charges. Would definitely use them again!

    If you are looking for a professional HVAC company look no further than NOBLE. My 13 year old Bryant heating/cooling system was in need of replacement so I got the usual 3 estimates. I was totally impressed with the professionalism Corey exhibited during the inspection of the furnace and the layout of the house. He made a home analysis and discovered that our old unit was way too big for the house. He provided options for the furnace & AC replacement. There was never any pressure to buy. We agreed upon the American Standard pair for a fair price. Installation was prompt. Corey & Mike did a very nice job keeping me informed along the way. Cleanup & removal of old parts was excellent. Corey followed up with a call two days later making sure the job was done right and the furnace was working up to our expectations. I would highly recommend Noble for your HVAC needs.
