Cory and Mike were the best! I was a little apprehensive about calling for service based on experience with other appliances but both of them were knowledgeable, quick, and helped explain everything and show me personally that the work was done right, highly recommend, thank you Cory and Mike!

These guys are truly amazing! They showed up right on time and were so professional. They kept me informed on what they were doing while they were here. I never felt like they were trying to nickel and dime us, which is so refreshing now a days! On a side note, they were so personable and I felt completely comfortable having them in my home since I was home alone with a young baby. I would call these guys again in a heartbeat. Towards the end of the appointment, I asked Mike if they were related to other "Nobles" that I knew...His response surprised me, yet reconfirmed what I already thought of this family business. He said that Noble was not their last name, but was a reminder of what type of men and business they wanted to live up to.. A noble one.

Honest, professional and just really nice guys who do great work. Our 15 year old furnace was given a failing grade by another HVAC company from Birmingham. They said the heat exchanger was cracked and that it needed to be replaced immediately. We got another estimate by a company that can be heard advertising all the time on WJR - they say they never sell you what you don't need.....they too said it needed to be replaced. We called Noble on the recommendation of another friend and they came out the next day. Did a very thorough check of our furnace and said the heat exchanger was not cracked or anything to worry about and to just keep using it and that there were no safety issues. They cleaned it and charged us a nominal fee to check it out. They said it will go one day and when it does they will be happy to replace it. We are still using the same furnace and it's almost 17 years old. We had a fan motor go on the furnace in one of our rental homes, same Birmingham company came out and said the motor was shot and that it might be difficult to get parts (8 year old furnace) called Noble...they had the motor in stock and installed it two days later for $150 less than the B'ham company. BTW the B'ham company has been in business for decades but is no longer on my call list. Call these guys, you won't be sorry!

They really did a spectacular job. On time, good advice, quality work, polite, and less money than the big guys. Corey, thank you very much. We will be calling you in the future for our furnace and AC needs.

I suddenly had no heat in my house on the coldest day so far this year. I called Corey and he was here within a few hours, diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. Prompt, courteous and capable - can't get better service than that.

Excellent customer service. Called in the morning due to a gas leak and service was turned off. Gave me a 1 hour window. Called 20 min ahead to give me a heads up. Came right on time. Great pricing and expedient work. Extremely professional. Would recommend them to anyone I know. Can't thank them enough.
