Total Heating, Cooling & Electrical

Had to have our electrical panel updated and our furnace replaced Mike and his guys have been amazing. They do amazing work and have gone above and beyond. Prices are fair and they are fast workers. Would def recommend.

I contacted Total heating Cooling , and electric to come out to my house and give me a quote on fixing my electrical issues. The electrical outlets in two rooms did not work. Mike was suppose to come out the first time and I did not hear from him so I called to confirm. He said he forgot and we reschedule, the day we rescheduled for he texted me and had to reschedule for another day because he had another job he was stuck at. The 3rd time he did show but not in a work truck because of rising gas prices ( his words). He came in and showed him which outlets did not function and showed him the basement. He stated that he had an hour drive home and wasn’t really sure what the problem is but there is a disconnect with the old knob and tubing. He stated he needed to think about it and he would get back to me. I have yet to hear back from him, never received a quote or an update.

I had Mike install new electric and mechanical for a new bedroom in the basement. Being an old house Mike and his crew did an excellent job not just running new circuit and ducting but also fixing other wiring issues . Mike is my first call for anything related to heating, cooling and electric.

Best Electrician Ever!!! Mike has been the most outstanding electrical experience we have ever received. He was very professional, kind, friendly, efficient and so helpful. Dealing with this Pandemic is stressful enough but finding out we had no electricity, heat or hot water was beyond frustrating. His service was cost effective, fast, courteous and definitely solved a major electrical issue that two other companies could not resolve! We have found a lifelong electrical, heating and cooling company. that we can rely on and trust. We would highly recommend them to friends, family, and anyone else in need!

I’ve known Mike for several years and his company, Total Heating, Cooling and Electrical, has been my go to source for installations and repairs. They installed our whole house Generac generator and it works perfectly and looks great. They also installed a new 75 gallon water heater a couple years ago. When you check competitors pricing, you’ll find Mike is less expensive.

I had the company come out and do a quote and while he was here he complained about having a hard time getting employees and them leaving after a short time and not being professional. Well I understand why. This company has extremely poor communication skills and what appears to be I don't care if I get this bid or not. I am not sure what is going on at this place or what kind of personnel issues they have but it does not excuse the total lack of communication. They might have been decent at one time but now just save yourself lots of frustration of trying to deal with this mess of a company.

Mike, Maynard, and Alex did a fantastic job with replacing my hot water heater. They came same day (Friday) to evaluate my situation and then came back the next day (Saturday) to complete the job. Could not have had a better experience and would highly recommend them!

Mike is very professional and straightforward. Had my AC unit installed at a great price and the job was done quick and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone!

We had another company come tell us we needed a new furnace and a/c. Total Heating came, diagnosed that we actually just had a bearing going on the motor, replaced the motor, and it was 97% less (I did the math). The furnace works great! On time, friendly, and professional.

Mike came out today for our broken air conditioner at 6 p.m. (on the hottest day of summer so far.) I actually called at 4:30 so that's pretty incredible for him to get here that fast. He did a great job and explained everything to my husband as he was working. So grateful to have a cool house again!
