Eller Services - Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing

We are loyal Eller customers. Eller has handled our annual boiler inspection and maintenance each fall since 2017. The prior owner recommended them. We've also used Eller for general plumbing repair and installation of new faucets. They do an excellent job. The service people are experienced and very professional.

My experience with Eller Services is far below subpar and extremely disappointing. On the day of service, they called and asked to move up my appointment by 30 minutes. I rearranged my schedule and accommodated their request. The tech showed up 90 minutes after rescheduled appointment time. He looked at my furnace and told me a part was not working (which I already knew). He kept pushing for me to get a new furnace instead of replacing the part on the existing furnace. I asked for a quote for the replacement part and labor. He said he would look into it and charged me $100+ for a diagnostic fee (even though I told him what was wrong when he arrived).

The office called me and said they couldn't find the part and offered to waive the diagnostic fee if I purchased a new furnace through them. I declined. The next day I called Classic Heating and Cooling. They promptly came to my home and replaced the part in less than 60 minutes and charged a minimal fee. I'm so grateful that Classic Heating and Cooling promptly serviced my home and disappointed that Ellers Services took advantage of me. I recommend using an HVAC company with integrity because Ellers doesn't have any.

I found a leak in my water heater. I called on a Monday and they were at my house Wednesday morning installing a new one. Really happy with the quick response. They answered all my questions and even gave good info that I hadn’t yet asked about. I was also impressed with their attentiveness on the phone including their ability to give me reminders a day in advance and how they called me back to book a time rather than me having to call them back. Great experience all around.

Thank you, Wally, for installing my two bathroom faucets and drain assemblies. Even though it wasn’t a simple replacement, Wally persevered and completed the job late on a Friday afternoon. Also, communication regarding appointments and arrival times was thorough and professional from the office. I have used Eller services in the past and will continue to do so.

Carl and team came out to repair a tricky gas leak on my outdoor fireplace. They got the job done efficiently and professionally. Two other companies/plumbers were unable to locate the leak/find solution. Call ES when you need a project done the right way.

35 year old house, so installing new tank revealed defective valves. ELLER had the necessary parts on hand, so the work was was completed within 24 hours. Our only delay was in waiting for public works to shut off the main.

Eller did a great install and have been maintaining the equipment ever since.
