Probably the most professional, courteous company I've ever had come to our home. These guys are great. Our furnace went out and the came out and let us know what was wrong, and where to go from there. John, Mike Jr.. and the rest of the crew were outstanding! Took care of us quickly and promptly. Can't say enough about these guys service. Definitely one to use if you need heating or cooling issues! Thanks again!

I had a big job where we needed to retrofit an old 1960's house with air conditioning. Because of the layout of the house we needed a system installed in the basement and a system in the attic. Mike and his crew from the initial quote were great, very professional, and on top of their game plus they had the best price with the highest efficiency products. Mike sent his full crew of 8 to 10 people for 3.5 days to complete the work and they all worked very hard and did their absolute best to keep the house clean and explain the work they were doing. Can't appreciate it enough. I should also mention they got me scheduled in a week vs other the other quotes being multiple weeks out plus other companies said it would be 5 to 7 days worth of work. All decision on where to place ducts were done as a team and they took the aesthetics of my house as a real priority. I would hire again in a heart beat.

Good guys.. Invisible service.
They sold me a $10,000 horizontal geothermal unit and now its broken. I've called multiple times for service and no callbacks. Mike Hauser and his team are good guys, but they are NOT standing behind what they installed. I saw one of their trucks at my neighbors house. I hope they do him right. Hes a cop lol. I thought about calling GeoMax to get service, but Haley Mechanical did the job.

These guys were the best; Mike Jr showed up with another technician, I didn't get his name, but both of them were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They managed to fix my furnace that wasn't igniting, I never got the sense they were trying to upsell me or get anything over on me. They fixed it, they checked it for safety, and gave me some info about a new furnace but at my request, not as though they were trying to sell me on it. It went very quickly and smoothly, both guys were friendly, the price wasn't as bad as I expected for the repair, it all went very smoothly. When I have my new system installed they'll definitely be who I call for it!

Mike is the best. He provides same day (or doggone near) service during a supply chain crisis and employee shortage dilemma. His team of employees are professional, fast, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. You can tell they enjoy their jobs even though they work VERY hard. Mike is completely honest and won't sell you anything you don't need. No upselling, no conning, no lying. The installers even went out of their way to make a few little tasks easier for me. They explained maintenance and answered any questions with respect and patience. Don't go anywhere else.

I called Hauser for a second opinion on my furnace after another company had already “diagnosed” my “problem”. Mikey was very prompt on getting here and very professional once he arrived. He educated me as well showed me the process as he went through it. He was very honest and straight to the point. Exceptional service!!!! I almost never give reviews but the service I received today exceeded expectation. Starting with answering the communication, service call and replacement of my AC unit. Everything was explained thoroughly and I felt my best interest was always being considered. Lastly, request for service call and new install on the hottest day of the year was all done on the same day.

Our furnace went out in a blaze of carbon monoxide glory at 11PM two nights ago. After our almost untimely demise, Hauser Heating and Air responded to our need for a new furnace by 8AM the following morning, and they were at our house and had it installed and running by noon that same day. We feel really fortunate that they were available that quickly. They were obviously hard workers, and were professional and respectful. In addition, their price during an unexpected emergency seemed almost ridiculously affordable (we thought we would be paying thousands more). Big shout out to Hauser Heating and John Dockett who was our main tech. Thanks, guys!

Called Hauser Heating & Air Conditioning due to my AC not working. They were able to send the owner's son - Mike out the same day to diagnosis. Unit ended up needing replacing and they were able to schedule the install for the following day. Great crew and dealing with both Mike Hauser and Mike Jr. was fantastic - everyone was very professional. Highly recommend this company for any Heating or AC needs!
