Hauser Heating and Cooling was super quick to respond. Very professional and was able to fix my problem within 3 days of contacting them. They were able to find the quickest, easiest and cheapest way to be able to fix my issue. They cleaned up afterwards as well which to me was a huge plus. I will 100% be coming to this company again! Hauser installed a new Furnace and AC unit in my home. Their service was great! They removed 2 old furnaces, and replaced both with a single 96% efficient furnace.They removed the old A/C unit and replaced it with new A/C unit. Then they installed a 3-zone system to control the comfort levels on each level of our tri-level home. During installation they covered all carpets with tarps to protect them from foot traffic during installation. They brought in a crew of 4 guys and completed all work in 1 day! After and during the installation they provided overviews of everything they installed and how it worked. Finally, I had 3 quotes from local companies. Their price was about $3,000 less than their competition for nearly identical equipment. Mike Hauser and his crew are the real deal. They do excellent work! They earned my highest recommendation.

I would just like to say I am beyond satisfied with Hauser Heating and cooling services. From the first call to the service technicians repairing my air condition, I received nothing but over and beyond great customer service. It is a great team who cares about their customers! Got a Rookie Service Tech. Charged $190 for nothing. Still same problem.
Comes back replaces capacitor (Root cause) easily diagnosed with a Meter. Say they don't want to Charge for unnecessary parts so they just soak you for 2 Service calls? If you are charged $190 and nothing is fixed is that RIGHT? Came back fixed it right, oh another $205. Should've fixed it right the first time. I want a job where I can not fix things and get paid. Sold their integrity cheap. They have done work for me in the past. Installs, very nice work, professional, knowledgeable. Find someone else for service I will. Screw me once shame on me............

This company was the most efficient and honest companies I worked through. I called many companies around my way and compared prices and information with all of them and HAUSERS HEATING surpassed my expectations with both! His team from the installers to the office manager were all so kind to me and worked with my schedule to accommodate my needs. BIG THANK YOU 🙏🏽 They have sense helped my parents and a few neighbors and we have all decided to stick with them from here on out.

My furnace stopped working and they came out immediately and got the problem fixed in less than an hour of me calling! Can’t believe how fast and nice the service tech was! Highly recommend!

These guys are top notch! They came out within two hours and figured out what was wrong with my furnace. This meant the world to us because we have a 6th month old baby. I eventually had them replace our 25 year old furnace and so far so good!

Our air conditioner stopped working on a 93 degree day and when we called the next day they came out that morning and repaired same. We were so appreciative. Great company.

I don’t know anything about their service but one of their vans used the turn lane incorrectly and almost caused an accident. Then the man continued to pass me on the right going at least 15 mph over the speed limit. He had a serious case of road rage for next 15 minutes of my drive.

If this was the owner or one of his employees, you have to question your choice to let them into your home.
