Mark and his company are outstanding. I’ve used him for a few projects. Each time, he is quick to come out, is always on time, and is fair with his pricing. He’s extremely knowledgeable, and even went the extra mile to help ensure that our replacement parts were covered by a prior warranty to save us money. Mark is very honest compared to some of his competitors, and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

We cannot recommend Mark (Kim and Jennifer in the office!) and Oakley Heating & Cooling enough. Mark is not only extremely knowledgable in his craft, but he's fast and hilarious to boot. We wouldn't dream of taking our business anywhere else for all our heating and cooling needs. We just had a tricky situation with our hot water heater that involved poor plumbing done by the condo we live in. Mark diagnosed the issue immediately, walked us through what was needed, and was spot on with the repair.

The office calls to give a window of time, and they are ALWAYS on time and so communicative. Worth every penny! Thank you for giving us peace of mind.

We recently bought two A/C units, and the entire process was handled very professionally and efficiently. Communication was clear and effective, and they were very easy to work with. They provided clear, very competitive pricing and did not try to sell us more than we needed. The installation was completed on time without any issues, and they made sure everything was working and the area was cleaned up before they left. All-in-all I would definitely recommend Oakley, and we will be calling them when the furnaces need to be replaced.

Mark came out within 30 minutes and gave honest feedback. My previous quote from another company would’ve cost me $5,000 and Mark didn’t take advantage of me and fixed the same problem for $200! I was impressed with his fair quote and quick responsiveness. I would highly recommend him.

If I could give these people more stars I would!
The lady (I'm sorry, I forgot your name) with whom I spoke over the phone, must have detected the desperation in our voices when I told her that we have no hot water. We just had snow a few days ago!

As opposed to the other heating&cooling company that we called, who just set-up a $149 service-call, and wanted our credit card,
this awesome lady asked me to hold while she got Mark (one of their service techs?) to talk to me.

Again, without charging us a penny, Mark took the time to help me identify the type of water heater we have, then gave me some pointers that got our water heater working again. Mark helped me identify that the pilot light just needed to be re-lit. We're keeping Oakley Heating & Cooling's info and definitely will always give them our business!

(P.S. They said that they are not even servicing water heaters currently!)

When I'm looking for any industry professional, the top of my list is honesty, dependability, and skilled professionalism. I can definitely say that Oakley Heating and Cooling definitely meet all of these Mark's! I've had some issues with my older HVAC system, and I each time I've placed a call for service, the speed and dependability has been absolutely incredible! The office is friendly when scheduling, and the service calls have always been honest, friendly, and professional. Thanks for getting my old clunker working again! I HIGHLY recommend them for any new install or repair you may need, you will not be disappointed.

We bought an older home that had an extremely dated HVAC system, we knew it would need to be replaced eventually. It finally died this Summer and after getting a few different proposals we decided on Oakley to replace everything. They replaced our AC, Furnace, and Water Heater. Very reasonably priced and very professional. They answered all questions honestly about the different equipment options, and completed all the eligible utility rebate paperwork. Very responsive with questions and overall very easy to do business with.

I had issues with my A/C and I called other company to fix my A/C, the technician told me that two pieces were broken and recommended to buy a new A/C system. After that, I decided to call Oakley for a second opinion. They were very nice and able to show up on the same day. I told Mark what the problem was based on the other technician diagnostic. He took a quick look and told me that only one part was broke, in 15 minutes my A/C was running again. I can say that they are: honest, reliable and have a better price.

In the process of replacing my furnace, they screwed up my air conditioner. We are in the dead heat of summer and they refused to come out and look at it without charging us; even though I just paid them almost $3000 to replace the furnace. Very rude and unprofessional...Do not trust these people. They got my original post on Google Reviews taken down and have now enlisted 'Local Guides' to inflate their overall Google rating. If you look up reviews for this company on Yelp, you will see that several other people had a similar experience (where Oakley messed up their A/C when replacing their furnace). BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

In the prime of the heat our air went out. Called several companies. Everyone said a week at minimum. Oakley was willing to come out and look same day. No promise they could fix it, but willing to come look. Turns out it was a quick fix. Was here less than half an hour and fixed the air. Thanks for being willing to just look. Excellent service and very nice staff. I highly recommend.
