Very disappointed with Long’s Plumbing. One of the plumbers dropped his tool in our brand new sink causing a mark in the sink. When the manager came out to look at it: he refused to take responsibility. A friend told me I shouldn’t have used Longs as she did not have a positive experience with them coming out to her business. I should have listen to her.

I don't think they are customer focused, I called them a couple of times to get some work done at my house and never heard back from them. Seems like they don't care about their costumers.

Had an issue with my home AC unit. Was able to set appointment at time when I was home. Technicians called prior to coming to appointment. They made the diagnosis quickly and were able to repair in a short time (blown capacitor). The techs were very knowledgeable and courteous. They answered all my questions and then some. They have also done work at my place of business… Would highly recommend them!!!

I had an install of a new furnace today. There was a residual issue with the AC airflow after the install. Jeff J came to my house after hours and thoughtfully and kindly fixed the issue. He was responsive, professional, and good natured about it. I was not charged for the after hours fix and couldn’t be happier. When things don’t go perfectly at first, the best outcome is a responsive technician who solves the problem. Jeff did that with a smile. Five stars, great company, great value. I will refer relatives and friends.

I highly recommend the staff at Long's for all your plumbing, heating and cooling needs. I have always had excellent service on "routine" calls however, was faced with no heat at 4 am (on of course the coldest morning in 2021) and had a technician at my house within a 1/2 hour of my call, professional and respectful of COVID protocols. The issue identified and heat restored! The staff and technician's are courteous, professional and always there when you need - even at 4 am!

First time using Long Plumbing and I couldn't be more pleased. Spoke to Ashley regarding drain issues that I was experiencing and she reassured me that they could get job done. That same day 2 gentleman showed up and resolved all of my plumbing issues, poor drainage and leaking pipes, in just a couple of hours. I really appreciate the entire effort of the Long Plumbing team!

I do not recommend Longs unless you know specifically what you want and are a builder/designer. They are not for consumers who want to upgrade a room. They are not friendly and frankly I felt they just wanted me out of the store. One example, I was given advice on a faucet from them and when it was determined it was not going to available for 3-4 months, I asked for something similar. The front desk person just sifted through a delta catalog to see what faucet was available, not one that fits our design preferences, etc. (Note: I was able to find the faucet at Lowes and delivered within 3 weeks).
I get that they might not keep stock on hand but I should not be shuffled through each faucet in a catalog to give me what delta has in stock at that time. It was rude and I felt demeaned because this is now how I wanted to get my room designed.
A second example was for the 2nd bathroom for a quote for shower doors (European style). In the initial quote, we got a quote for regular shower doors. When I figured out that this was for regular doors, I asked for a requote. So, I set up an appointment for them to come out a 2nd time. However, a few hours later, another person from the store left a message on my phone with a quote that was over double. Needless to say, they didn't even do the order correctly the first time, they were inconveniencing me with their person to come out again but then also giving me a quote without even getting the order right in the first place. It seemed to me their back office and front office don't even talk.
It had nothing to do with the money but I lost complete trust that they even care to do a good, quality job. So, I cancelled the appointment and will not be calling them again.
We want to fully support small business but not Longs after giving numerous chances.
