Adam Tassell serviced my parents home for electrical upgrades this fall and did a great job. He brought on a colleague for efficiency and they worked well together and got the job done. We especially love that we can rely on Dan Wood for plumbing, heating/cooling and electrical. So convenient to have all these professionals under one roof. Keep up the good work!

Zane came to our rescue. After being without heating and cooling for 3 weeks, Zane was greeted by a warm 87 degree home. He quickly asked what was going on and then went right to work. He was very knowledgeable about our unit and was able to troubleshoot the problem. The cost was very reasonable as well for two hours of work and two parts to be replaced.
I would suggest anyone who has heating/cooling issues to call Dan Wood for service.

My faith has been restored. It was 19 degrees outside and 43 in my condo and dropping. I called several companies for an emergency fix, and Dan Woods was the only one who called me right back. Saints! All of them. Highly recommend!!!!!

I have used Danwood twice, once for heating, another time for cooling. Both instance great service compared with experience I had with HANDYMANs who claim to be experts. Charges too are very reasonable.

i have called this firm for AC diagnostic tune up where DTE energy is offering rebate of $75. they have said service cost is $87 and after service they have to submit the rebate form to DTE so as customer i get $75 rebate check. the technician came and i have paid $87, after several follow ups they have not submitted to DTE. recently a person by name James Murray called and said they did not do all the required checks for the diagnostic tune up and it costs another $149. total unprofessional and unethical. a customer who called you and gave you business though there are several other DTE approved contractors, you got free business but not ready to submit rebate form to DTE ? Rather you want to extract more money from customer ?

If there is an option to give ZERO stars, I would do that. I wish I had read the reviews before I called them. The issue I called them was a simple fix of leaky faucet. The plumber who came could not open the faucet to fix it. So he spent 20 minutes to write a 5 line "report" to bill me for the time. They charged $104 and all they did was leave the Delta phone number. Shame on these folks to charge customers like this even when they can't fix anything. I called them to question the charge, and their response was that they charge whether or not they can fix the problem. What a deceptive way to earn their money!

I called them 3 times. First time they stated that , some one will contact me. No response. Then I called again after 4-5 days . Technician said he will come to my house on following day to give me an estimate. No one showed up. I called them again and some one answered ( mike), I explained him about my sump pump issue and about the communication issue I had with his staff. He said he will call me back shortly to make an appointment. No one called me yet. I fond a another contractor.

From quote to completion of the work, our technician (Jimmy) was professional, personable, punctual and clear in explaining the work needed as well as our options. The office staff was pleasant and the second technician assisting with our service (Jack?) was professional and personable as well. The work was just completed today and everything seems to be working well. Very pleased.
