Had an awesome dude Sean come over and fixed an annoying whistle in our plumbing. Fast service. Efficient service. Showed up on time. Courteous. Thorough. Cleanly. Definitely a keeper. Have used Dan Woods service for: plumbing, washing machine, water heater replacement, electrical. Great Family Company.

I needed a gas flex line run for my generator. The gas valve was already on the house and gas pipe for the generator was there too. All the technician needed to do was connect a flex line from one the other. He was friendly and professional. The problem is: I was told it was $52 for a house call and materials. $52 + $25 for the part is $77. When the job was done, the technician said "it's $185." He was there no more than half an hour, and the job itself took about 15 minutes. I was stunned, and when I objected, he took off half an hour. Now the total was $128! Ridiculous! I called and spoke to Denise Wood and all she did was restate their policy and go over the math. If she had refunded the $52 "drive fee" I would not be writing this. I feel like I was robbed! They did not communicate that the hourly rate was $104 hr ON TOP of the $52 just to show up.

I really appreciate the professional approach that Dan Wood plumbing and heating exhibits every time I have used them. Today, I suspected I had a problem with my air conditioner and I was right, they showed me a great way to tell if it was working at peak efficiency and it wasn’t.

Very Professional and knowledgeable. Used them for HVAC and Thermostat related work which was messed up by 3 previous guys. Dan wood guys fixed everything in 1 hr. I highly recommend them

They explain everything to me and cleaned up the area after finishing. Had all the necessary equipment to do the job and they did it very well.

Had to have an electrical outlet moved a few feet. Contractor was very pleasant and polite. Would of given 5 stars but was charged $500, obviously overpriced for maybe 2.5 hours worth of work.

My experience with this company was very bad. They were to fix my furnace didn't have a clue, charged me 305$for nothing.they couldn't fix it couldn't tell me what was wrong. I call and complaints about it ,but no one care. Lesson learn I would never call them for nothing ever again. (Very angry )

They charge you a fee for an estimate but tell you that fee is remove from the cost to repair. However, the cost to repair is way more expensive than any other plumbing service that comes out and gives you free estimates. Basically I wasted an estimate fee because their estimate was so high it didn’t make sense to use them.
