Megan Z. was very accommodating with scheduling at the last minute for a home plumbing issue. Technicians Cam and Mike arrived on time, explained work performed and were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend for any plumbing, electrical or hvac work.

I have used multiple times..unfortunately they never fix the problem.. and issue come back again and again.. I learn my lesson never recommend them to anyone

I can't comment on the quality of their work or their pricing because never got a chance to hire them.
Tried to hire them for 2 small (ish) jobs. The man came out looked at what I needed done took some notes and said they would call with quotes. Never heard back, just ghosted me. If the job is too small for your time just tell me. I did spend about $1,000 for the 2 jobs with another plumber.

Eric Malone and his partner were very professional, quick, and walked us through everything on top of doing quality work in installing our water heater in our basement after our old one had begun leaking the night prior. I would definitely use Dan Wood and recommend Eric as a technician for any repairs or installations needed at your home.

Installed a new basement drain and aprox. 15 feet of pipe for us. Very professional, polite and clean. Would definitely use again.

I needed a new sump pump. I got an appointment the same day. I got a call to notify me of their expected arrival and they were on time. Jonathon and Albert were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and corrected a seriously flawed system installed by the previous licensed plumbers. Completely happy and will use them as my plumbers in the future.

Ryan came over on a VERY cold Sunday to assess my broken furnace. He could not have been nicer! Very thorough--gave me the report and gave me advice that saved me over $200.00!! Came back the next morning as promised and fixed everything up (even changed my filter for me). Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company and serviceman.

I can not say enough about this company!!! I am a service manager at an apartment complex in Roseville. We had a sewer line collapse that affected 16 residents. We needed it repaired ASAP!! The underground work was handled by another company but we needed to trace the pipe. Geoff rearranged the schedule not once but twice in the same day and four times all together to make this repair happen! If I said "JUMP", they asked "How high?" If you have any plumbing needs DO NOT hesitate to call them!

I have trusted Dan Wood with all my plumbing needs for more than 10 years, and have also used them for repairs/installations at my mom's house. Based on my referral, my friends and family have also used Dan Wood and have been extremely satisfied. My most recent experience is just another case in point. My kitchen faucet was spraying water all over the kitchen. But with a single phone call, I was able to get an early appointment, then advance notice of their tech Scott's arrival, and within an hour a complete kitchen faucet replacement. I highly recommend Dan Wood.

Dan Wood is just what I needed. I had a clogged drain in my backyard and they cleared it very quickly in less than an hour and charged $185. The technician that came out was professional and knew what he was doing. I had Mr. Rooter out earlier in the summer. They were here for over an hour and did not clear the drain, complained and explained. I still had to pay $357 for the service call. From now on I will call Dan Wood
